【摘要】：近年來,國家高度重視老齡事業(yè),支持社會工作發(fā)展。社區(qū)作為城市空巢老人活動的基本場域,社區(qū)參與成為老年人實現(xiàn)互動交流,參與社會發(fā)展的基本形式。通過社會工作介入,引導(dǎo)空巢老人科學(xué)、規(guī)范的社區(qū)參與行為,對于空巢老人實現(xiàn)精神慰藉,增強健康體質(zhì),恢復(fù)社會功能等方面具有積極效果。本研究以研究者在畢業(yè)實習(xí)階段,從事社會服務(wù)的實務(wù)經(jīng)驗為依托,結(jié)合理論知識開展研究。論文第一部分,從研究核心概念出發(fā),對社會工作介入城市空巢老人社區(qū)參與的理論基礎(chǔ)、研究現(xiàn)狀進行了文獻梳理。論文第二部分,從具體的社會工作介入過程展開研究,具體包括個案工作介入,選取個案服務(wù)對象為例,助力案主解決實現(xiàn)社區(qū)參與的實際困難;小組工作介入,介紹小組工作為空巢老人搭建人際交往的平臺,實現(xiàn)社區(qū)內(nèi)空巢老人之間的互動、互信和互助,增加其社區(qū)歸屬感;社區(qū)工作介入,通過社區(qū)活動架設(shè)了空巢老年居民與社區(qū)之間的橋梁,達到其社區(qū)參與的目的。文章結(jié)尾,研究者提出社會工作方法服務(wù)于城市空巢老人社區(qū)參與,能夠提升其社區(qū)參與能力和水平;做好空巢老人社區(qū)參與工作與社區(qū)建設(shè)和發(fā)展是一個統(tǒng)一的整體的研究結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the state attaches great importance to the cause of ageing and support the development of social work. Community as the basic field of urban empty-nest elderly activities, community participation has become the basic form of the elderly to achieve interaction and social development. Through social work intervention, guiding empty nest geriatric science, standardized community participation behavior, for empty nest elderly to achieve spiritual comfort, strengthen healthy physique, restore social function and so on has the positive effect. This study is based on the practical experience of social service and theoretical knowledge. The first part of the paper, from the core concept of social work involved in the urban empty nest community participation of the theoretical basis, the status quo of literature review. The second part of the paper, from the specific process of social work intervention, including the specific case work intervention, selected case service object as an example to help the victim to solve the practical difficulties of community participation; group work intervention, Introduce the group work to build the platform of interpersonal communication for the empty-nest elderly, realize the interaction, mutual trust and mutual help among the empty-nesters in the community, increase their sense of belonging in the community; Through community activities, the bridge between the empty nest elderly residents and the community is set up to achieve the purpose of community participation. At the end of the article, the researcher puts forward that the social work method can serve the urban empty nest elderly community participation, which can improve their community participation ability and level; Doing well the community participation and community construction and development of empty-nest elderly is a unified conclusion.
