【摘要】：基于2014年中國(guó)勞動(dòng)力動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證分析了社會(huì)資本對(duì)農(nóng)民工主觀幸福感的影響及其在市場(chǎng)化推進(jìn)過程中的作用變化。結(jié)果表明:社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)農(nóng)民工主觀幸福感的影響在1%水平上顯著為正,且社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模越大,影響也越大,相對(duì)于務(wù)工地沒有熟人或朋友幫忙的農(nóng)民工來說,熟人或朋友在16人以上的感覺到非常幸福的概率要高10%左右;社區(qū)信任和社會(huì)信任的估計(jì)系數(shù)均在1%水平上顯著為正,且社區(qū)信任的作用比社會(huì)信用的作用更大,其中社區(qū)信任者感覺非常幸福的概率比社區(qū)不信任者高8.2%;公平感知對(duì)農(nóng)民工主觀幸福感有顯著正向影響,認(rèn)為社會(huì)公平的農(nóng)民工生活非常幸福的概率比認(rèn)為社會(huì)不公者高出16.5%;社會(huì)資本對(duì)農(nóng)民工主觀幸福感的積極影響并不隨市場(chǎng)化的深入而改變。
[Abstract]:Based on the dynamic survey data of Chinese labor force in 2014, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of social capital on the subjective well-being of migrant workers and its role in the process of marketization. The results show that the influence of social network on the subjective well-being of migrant workers is significantly positive at 1% level, and the larger the scale of social network, the greater the impact, compared with the migrant workers who have no acquaintance or friends in the migrant workers. The probability of acquaintances or friends feeling very happy was about 10% higher than that of acquaintances, and the estimated coefficients of community trust and social trust were both significantly positive at the level of 1%, and the role of community trust was greater than that of social trust. The probability of community trust feeling very happy is 8.2 higher than that of community distrust, and fair perception has a significant positive effect on migrant workers' subjective well-being. The probability of migrant workers who think that social equity is very happy is 16.5% higher than that of those who think social injustice. The positive influence of social capital on migrant workers' subjective well-being does not change with the deepening of marketization.
