【摘要】：隨著我國進(jìn)入社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期，進(jìn)入到了市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制中，我國家庭結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了較大變化，人口老齡化現(xiàn)象也日趨明顯，養(yǎng)老壓力越來越大，養(yǎng)老方式也發(fā)生較大變化，“空巢老人”存在的問題在我國步入老齡化社會(huì)之后更加備受社會(huì)關(guān)注。隨著我國現(xiàn)代化，城市化的進(jìn)行，人口流動(dòng)速度的加快，子女越來越多的選擇在外生活發(fā)展，這樣導(dǎo)致空巢家庭數(shù)量急劇上升。而隨著家庭養(yǎng)老職能弱化，缺少子女在身邊對(duì)老人進(jìn)行關(guān)愛和照顧，老年人在生活中缺少必要的照料，這種照料既包括物質(zhì)層面上的，也包括精神層面上的，加之，失去子女照顧的空巢老人由于在溝通表達(dá)能力上的欠缺，不愿與社會(huì)外界接觸，長時(shí)間處于一個(gè)封閉的生活空間，容易出現(xiàn)孤獨(dú)抑郁的癥狀，嚴(yán)重影響老年人的身心健康。老年人出現(xiàn)生活無人照料，經(jīng)濟(jì)困難等問題，并且也出現(xiàn)缺乏精神慰籍，老年人的身體健康，心理健康方面前景令人堪憂�！翱粘怖先恕睙o論從生活起居，身體健康以及心理健康狀況都存在著一些問題，如何幫助這一比較龐大的群體，許多學(xué)者已經(jīng)研究分析相關(guān)問題對(duì)策。社會(huì)工作者作為專業(yè)的助人群體，運(yùn)用社會(huì)工作專業(yè)工作方法如個(gè)案工作，小組工作以及社區(qū)工作等方法，并且社會(huì)工作者具有專業(yè)助人技能和價(jià)值觀，可以更高效率的運(yùn)用工作技巧介入空巢老人的心理問題研究，在工作中，工作者堅(jiān)持職業(yè)道德操守，客觀完善地幫助老年人達(dá)到“助人自助”的目的，從而能夠身心得到健康，安度晚年。本文選取“空巢老人”心理問題為視角，運(yùn)用社會(huì)工作方法介入的過程，來分析目前“空巢老人”的心理現(xiàn)狀，問題以及原因。并且運(yùn)用個(gè)案工作的方法通過案例分析來呈現(xiàn)介入過程以及方法，并根據(jù)選取的社區(qū)實(shí)地調(diào)查情況以及個(gè)案工作情況，做出相關(guān)結(jié)論，，并提出對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With China entering the period of social transformation and entering the market economy system, the family structure of our country has changed greatly, the phenomenon of aging population is becoming more and more obvious, the pressure of providing for the aged is becoming greater and greater, and the way of providing for the aged has also changed greatly. The problem of "empty nest elderly" has attracted more and more attention since our country stepped into an aging society. With the development of modernization, urbanization and population flow, more and more children choose to live outside, which leads to a sharp increase in the number of empty nest families. With the weakening of the family pension function, the lack of children around the care and care of the elderly, the elderly lack of necessary care in life, this kind of care not only includes the material level, but also includes the spiritual level, plus, Because of the lack of communication and expression ability, the empty nest elderly who have lost their children's care are unwilling to contact with the outside world, and are in a closed living space for a long time. They are prone to appear the symptoms of loneliness and depression, which seriously affect the physical and mental health of the elderly. The elderly have problems such as unattended life, economic difficulties and lack of psychological comfort. The prospects of the elderly's physical health and mental health are worrying. There are some problems in the "empty-nest elderly" from the point of view of living, physical health and mental health. Many scholars have studied and analyzed the relevant problems and countermeasures to help this relatively large group. Social workers, as professional and helpful groups, use professional methods of social work, such as case work, group work and community work, and social workers have professional skills and values, More efficient use of work skills can be involved in the study of psychological problems of empty-nest elderly people. In their work, workers adhere to professional ethics and objectively and perfectly help elderly people achieve the goal of "helping others to help themselves", so that they can be physically and mentally healthy. Spend your twilight years in peace. In this paper, the psychological problems of "empty-nest elderly" are selected as the visual angle, and the process of social work is used to analyze the present psychological status, problems and causes of "empty-nest elderly". And use the method of case work to show the intervention process and method through case analysis, and according to the selected situation of community field investigation and case work, make the relevant conclusions, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
