城市老年人日常購(gòu)物活動(dòng)出行行為機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:日常購(gòu)物是城市老年人滿足基本生活需要的一類重要活動(dòng),由于老年人身體機(jī)能迅速減退的自然現(xiàn)象和個(gè)體間的顯著差異,在購(gòu)物活動(dòng)中能否克服各種出行阻礙,成為制約購(gòu)物動(dòng)機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵因素之一,對(duì)養(yǎng)老生活質(zhì)量、個(gè)人尊嚴(yán)、家庭關(guān)系乃至社會(huì)和諧都有非常重要的影響。為了探究影響日常購(gòu)物出行行為的主要因素、途徑和強(qiáng)度,研究城市老年人日常生活的“購(gòu)物意愿-出行阻礙-出行行為”諸多敏感特征變量間的交互作用機(jī)理。在53份昆明城市老年人質(zhì)性訪談分析基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)城市老年人日常的集市購(gòu)物和超市購(gòu)物兩類活動(dòng)出行具有相互獨(dú)立性的跡象,因而設(shè)想這是兩類出行行為總體。以盧因行為模型為指導(dǎo)理論,借鑒消費(fèi)行為學(xué)、老年心理學(xué)的研究成果,結(jié)合縝密的思維,采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析方法,剖析購(gòu)物出行行為機(jī)理研究所需潛變量關(guān)系以及觀測(cè)變量,設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查方案。針對(duì)老年人的特殊性,借鑒日常生活活動(dòng)能力研究范式,引入“購(gòu)物出行行為能力”潛變量及其觀測(cè)變量。根據(jù)行為地理學(xué)的原理和隨機(jī)抽樣的原則,獨(dú)立地在綜合性農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)做了523份和綜合性超市做了512份有效的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。采用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,在對(duì)調(diào)查樣本數(shù)據(jù)有效性檢驗(yàn)、描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和對(duì)比分析與論證的基礎(chǔ)上,做出城市老年人的超市購(gòu)物出行行為和集市購(gòu)物出行行為具有兩種不同行為機(jī)理的原假設(shè)。采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型建模方法,分別構(gòu)建老年人兩類購(gòu)物“活動(dòng)-出行”行為分析的假設(shè)模型,通過(guò)參數(shù)計(jì)算,驗(yàn)證假設(shè)模型,為機(jī)理分析提供可信的基礎(chǔ)。在對(duì)參數(shù)模型計(jì)算結(jié)果的有效性檢驗(yàn)分析基礎(chǔ)上,完整地闡述城市老年人兩類購(gòu)物活動(dòng)出行行為機(jī)理。經(jīng)過(guò)比較分析和論證,驗(yàn)證了老年人兩類購(gòu)物活動(dòng)具有不同出行行為機(jī)理的真實(shí)性;通過(guò)解析“年齡”因子對(duì)購(gòu)物出行行為和購(gòu)物活動(dòng)特征間接影響的總效應(yīng),驗(yàn)證了城市老年人“購(gòu)物出行行為能力”特征變量在機(jī)理分析中具有更重要的直接影響效應(yīng)。在觀測(cè)變量影響效應(yīng)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步探討了“購(gòu)物出行行為能力”三個(gè)觀測(cè)變量與“年齡”因子的關(guān)系。通過(guò)反復(fù)實(shí)驗(yàn)和對(duì)比分析,討論了“購(gòu)物出行行為能力”三個(gè)觀測(cè)變量在老年人不同年齡階段之間出現(xiàn)的變異性;討論了變異度指標(biāo)呈現(xiàn)出在低齡(約60~69歲)老年人群和高齡(約80歲以上)老年人群中具有一定程度的穩(wěn)定性,而在中等年齡(約70~79歲)老年人群中呈現(xiàn)出不穩(wěn)定的特征。研究表明,城市老年人集市購(gòu)物活動(dòng)與超市購(gòu)物活動(dòng)的出行行為特征顯著不同,行為機(jī)理也不同。城市老年人的“購(gòu)物出行行為能力”特征變量對(duì)日常購(gòu)物活動(dòng)出行行為具有直接和顯著的影響,“年齡”因子只具有間接和較弱的影響。研究還提出了“購(gòu)物出行行為能力”特征變量在老年人不同年齡階段之間具有顯著的變異性,而在各年齡段內(nèi)變異度指標(biāo)則具有不同的穩(wěn)定性特征,以及“購(gòu)物出行行為能力”與“年齡”因子可能具有關(guān)聯(lián)性的證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Daily shopping is a kind of important activity for the old people to meet the basic needs of life. Because of the natural phenomenon of rapid deterioration of the physical function of the elderly and the significant differences among individuals, it is one of the key factors that can overcome the various travel obstacles in the shopping activities, and it is one of the key factors restricting the realization of shopping motivation, and the quality of life, personal dignity and home for the elderly. In order to explore the main factors affecting the daily shopping trip behavior, the way and the intensity are used to study the interaction mechanism between the sensitive characteristic variables of the "shopping will - Travel hindrance - travel behavior" of the daily life of the city old people. In 53 Kunming urban elderly hostage interviews On the basis of the analysis, it is found that the two kinds of activities of the city old people's daily market shopping and supermarket shopping have the mutual independence. Therefore, it is conceived that this is the two type of travel behavior as a whole. Based on the principle of behavioral geography and the original of random sampling, the potential variables and observation variables needed for the study of shopping trip behavior mechanism were analyzed. On the basis of effectiveness test and analysis, a complete exposition of the behavior mechanism of two types of shopping activities for urban elderly is made. After a comparative analysis and demonstration, the authenticity of the two types of shopping activities of the elderly is verified and the overall effect of the indirect influence of "age" factor on the shopping trip and shopping activities is analyzed. It is proved that the characteristic variables of "shopping trip behavior ability" have more important direct effect on the mechanism analysis. On the basis of the analysis of the influence effect of observation variables, the relationship between the three observation variables of "shopping travel behavior ability" and the age factor is further discussed. The variability of the three observation variables of "shopping travel behavior ability" was discussed in the elderly, and the variability index showed a certain degree of stability in the elderly (about 60~69 years old) and older people (about 80 years old), while at the middle age (about 70~79 years old). The study shows that the urban elderly people's shopping activities are significantly different from the shopping activities of the supermarket, and the behavior mechanism is different. The characteristic variables of the "shopping travel behavior ability" of the urban elderly have a direct and significant influence on the daily shopping activities, and the "age" is the cause. The study also suggests that the characteristic variables of "shopping trip behavior ability" have significant variability between different age groups, while the variance index in each age group has different stability characteristics, and the "shopping trip behavior ability" and "age" factor may have a significant variation.
