【摘要】：隨著我國城市化建設(shè)水平的提高,全面建設(shè)小康社會的有序推進,越來越多的農(nóng)村剩余勞動力流向城市,而形成了一個規(guī)模龐大的群體——農(nóng)民工。隨著農(nóng)民工數(shù)量的增加以及主體地位的凸顯,而由此所導致的一系列問題引起了越來越多的人進行關(guān)注和研究。出生于80年之后的新生代農(nóng)民工是城市建設(shè)的推動力量,已經(jīng)成為了農(nóng)民工的主體力量。新生代農(nóng)民工的婚戀觀是關(guān)系到其自身生活幸福、關(guān)系到社會主義核心價值觀的培育,關(guān)系到我國城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)進程、更關(guān)系到和諧社會建設(shè)。本文以新生代農(nóng)民工婚戀觀為研究對象,沿著“提出問題——分析問題——解決問題”這一路線進行了深入研究。文章首先界定了核心概念,闡述了所依據(jù)的馬克思主義婚戀觀、社會主義核心價值觀和擇偶梯度理論。接著梳理了調(diào)查研究的結(jié)果,指出了新生代農(nóng)民工婚戀觀存在的問題,并深度分析了其原因所在。最后在上述基礎(chǔ)上,從四個方面提出了引導新生代農(nóng)民工婚戀觀的對策。本文認為,新生代農(nóng)民工的婚戀觀具有婚戀態(tài)度誠摯、婚戀自主性明顯增強、注重婚姻質(zhì)量、追求男女平等和性別差異明顯等特點,但還存在著一些問題,包括:婚戀取向呈現(xiàn)功利性特征、婚戀信心不足、“閃婚”現(xiàn)象的不斷涌現(xiàn)和兩性觀的矛盾性。存在這些問題的原因在于經(jīng)濟權(quán)益保障不足、城市社會對農(nóng)民工的排斥、鄉(xiāng)村傳統(tǒng)婚戀觀和西方婚戀觀的影響、性別比例失調(diào)和新生代農(nóng)民工自身的局限性等方面。因此,我們應(yīng)當增加新生代農(nóng)民工的經(jīng)濟收入、營造良好的輿論環(huán)境、完善新生代農(nóng)民工婚戀觀教育和提高新生代農(nóng)民工自身素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of urbanization construction in China and the orderly promotion of building a well-off society in an all-round way, more and more rural surplus labor force flows to cities, and a large group of migrant workers is formed. With the increase of the number of migrant workers and the prominence of the main position, a series of problems caused by this caused more and more people to pay attention to and study. The new generation of migrant workers born 80 years later is the driving force of urban construction and has become the main force of migrant workers. The concept of marriage and love of the new generation of migrant workers is related to their own happiness, to the cultivation of socialist core values, to the process of urbanization construction in China, and to the construction of a harmonious society. In this paper, the new generation of migrant workers view of love and marriage as the research object, along the line "put forward the problem-analysis of the problem-to solve the problem" the route of in-depth research. This paper first defines the core concept, and expounds the Marxist concept of love and marriage, the socialist core values and the gradient theory of mate selection. Then combing the results of investigation and research, points out the problems of the new generation migrant workers' view of marriage and love, and deeply analyzes the reasons. Finally, on the basis of the above mentioned, the author puts forward the countermeasures to guide the new generation of migrant workers'view of marriage and love from four aspects. This paper holds that the new generation of migrant workers' views on marriage and love have the characteristics of sincere attitude of marriage and love, obvious increase of autonomy of marriage and love, attention to the quality of marriage, the pursuit of equality between men and women and obvious gender differences, etc., but there are still some problems. It includes: the tendency of marriage and love presents utilitarian characteristics, the lack of confidence in marriage and love, the continuous emergence of "flash marriage" and the contradiction of the concept of both sexes. The reasons for these problems lie in the insufficient protection of economic rights and interests, the exclusion of migrant workers from urban society, the influence of traditional rural marriage and love outlook and western marriage and love view, the imbalance of sex ratio and the limitations of the new generation of migrant workers themselves. Therefore, we should increase the economic income of the new generation of migrant workers, create a good environment of public opinion, perfect the education of the new generation of migrant workers on marriage and love, and improve the quality of the new generation of migrant workers.
