社區(qū)青少年職業(yè)發(fā)展需求與職業(yè)培訓(xùn)政策應(yīng)對(duì)

【摘要】:職業(yè)是人社會(huì)化的必經(jīng)之路。在社區(qū)青少年的生涯發(fā)展過(guò)程中,職業(yè)發(fā)展始終處于核心位置。而職業(yè)培訓(xùn)又是職業(yè)發(fā)展的重要影響因素。社區(qū)青少年由于其群體的特殊性,在職業(yè)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中需要一定學(xué)歷、技能的提升以及思想觀念、行為方式的轉(zhuǎn)變。職業(yè)培訓(xùn)不僅是緩解社區(qū)青少年就業(yè)壓力、維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的需要,更是幫助他們確立人生目標(biāo)、在主體發(fā)展需求的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)施生涯發(fā)展規(guī)劃的重要步驟。 目前社區(qū)青少年的職業(yè)培訓(xùn),是一項(xiàng)正在發(fā)展并還需進(jìn)一步完善的事業(yè),如何依托這一平臺(tái),解決社區(qū)青少年職業(yè)發(fā)展中的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,幫助他們實(shí)現(xiàn)更好的生存和發(fā)展,是研究者應(yīng)該思考的。 社會(huì)學(xué)視角“關(guān)注社會(huì)弱勢(shì)群體,重在解決社會(huì)問(wèn)題”,而教育學(xué)的學(xué)科意識(shí),旨在幫助人形成基本的生存和發(fā)展能力,促使人的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此本文在社會(huì)學(xué)視角的基礎(chǔ)上,更突出教育學(xué)視角,特別是在關(guān)注社區(qū)青少年個(gè)體發(fā)展需求的視角下,探討如何通過(guò)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)促進(jìn)他們的職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展。 本論文主要通過(guò)對(duì)社區(qū)青少年職業(yè)發(fā)展“問(wèn)題”與職業(yè)培訓(xùn)這一“問(wèn)題解決策略”之間相關(guān)性的把握,研究我國(guó)社區(qū)青少年職業(yè)培訓(xùn)政策應(yīng)對(duì)的必要性。在研究方法上重視理論與實(shí)證相結(jié)合、國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)研究和實(shí)地調(diào)研相結(jié)合,通過(guò)對(duì)社區(qū)青少年的群體特征和職業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題的調(diào)查,對(duì)其職業(yè)發(fā)展需求與現(xiàn)有培訓(xùn)的實(shí)施情況進(jìn)行分析,提出完善該培訓(xùn)體系的若干建議。本研究的重點(diǎn)是立足于社區(qū)青少年發(fā)展需求,對(duì)現(xiàn)有職業(yè)培訓(xùn)實(shí)踐問(wèn)題的調(diào)研和解讀。難點(diǎn)在于如何通過(guò)對(duì)社區(qū)青少年職業(yè)培訓(xùn)供求矛盾的把握提出具有針對(duì)性的政策應(yīng)對(duì)。 第一章緒論,主要闡述本論文的研究緣起和選題意義,梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,確定研究思路、論文結(jié)構(gòu)和研究方法,對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定。本章是全文論述的基礎(chǔ)。 第二章是關(guān)于社區(qū)青少年群體特征與職業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題的研究,首先通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)法對(duì)社區(qū)青少年進(jìn)行概念界定,分析了現(xiàn)有相關(guān)政策中、國(guó)際視野下及本研究中對(duì)社區(qū)青少年的理解,為本研究劃定了范圍。本章主要從理論上回答社區(qū)青少年的群體特征是怎樣的,以及他們的職業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題及其需求,從而引出職業(yè)培訓(xùn)的必要,為第三章進(jìn)一步的調(diào)研分析做好鋪墊。 第三章是社區(qū)青少年職業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題與需求調(diào)研,這一章著力解決的問(wèn)題是社區(qū)青少年到底有哪些職業(yè)發(fā)展的問(wèn)題與困惑。他們對(duì)職業(yè)的認(rèn)知和培訓(xùn)需求是怎樣的?將從實(shí)際的調(diào)研中獲取信息,分別運(yùn)用案例分析法和問(wèn)卷法,對(duì)以上問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探索,通過(guò)分析調(diào)研資料,把握社區(qū)青少年真實(shí)的職業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題與困惑,找到深入研究的線索和依據(jù)。 第四章是社區(qū)青少年職業(yè)培訓(xùn)的實(shí)踐探索,從社區(qū)青少年的發(fā)展需求視角,審視目前我國(guó)針對(duì)這一群體的職業(yè)培訓(xùn)的實(shí)踐狀況,及相關(guān)工作的開(kāi)展情況。本章主要通過(guò)調(diào)查研究,了解目前我國(guó)對(duì)青少年培訓(xùn)開(kāi)展的情況,特別是一些針對(duì)社區(qū)青少年群體的特色培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目的具體實(shí)施。并以上海市的“陽(yáng)光下展翅”項(xiàng)目為例,從培訓(xùn)的準(zhǔn)備、實(shí)施過(guò)程、培訓(xùn)的成效和改善建議幾方面展開(kāi)具體的實(shí)踐分析。 第五章是社區(qū)青少年職業(yè)培訓(xùn)的基本問(wèn)題討論,本章是在前面文獻(xiàn)研究和現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,從理論上梳理社區(qū)青少年職業(yè)培訓(xùn)及其實(shí)施的核心問(wèn)題,這將有助于研究的深入。這是本文的核心內(nèi)容,也是下文提出研究結(jié)論的重要依據(jù)。 第六章是基于社區(qū)青少年的職業(yè)發(fā)展需求,試圖提出針對(duì)這一群體職業(yè)培訓(xùn)的政策應(yīng)對(duì)策略。本章基于我國(guó)目前職業(yè)培訓(xùn)的實(shí)踐情況及未來(lái)可能的政策環(huán)境,并借鑒部分發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),分別從職業(yè)培訓(xùn)政策在社區(qū)青少年政策中的功能定位、培訓(xùn)主體的分工合作、培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容和方法、培訓(xùn)的保障機(jī)制四方面來(lái)論述政策的具體應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:Vocational training is the only way for the socialization of people . In the course of career development of community teenagers , occupation development is always at the core position .
At present , the vocational training of community youth is an undertaking which is developing and needs further improvement , how to rely on this platform , to solve the real problems in the development of community youth occupation , to help them achieve better survival and development , the researchers should think .
From the perspective of sociology , attention is paid to the disadvantaged groups of society and to solve the social problems , and the discipline consciousness of pedagogy is designed to help people form basic survival and development ability and promote the sustainable development of human beings . Therefore , this paper discusses how to promote their career development through vocational training , especially in the perspective of the individual development needs of community adolescents .
Based on the study of community characteristics and career development of community adolescents , this paper focuses on the research and interpretation of the problems of community youth development needs and the practice of vocational training .
In the first chapter , the author mainly expounds the origin and the significance of the research , sorts out the current situation of the research at home and abroad , determines the research thinking , the structure of the paper and the research method , and defines the relevant concepts . This chapter is the basis of the full - text discussion .
The second chapter is about the study of community youth group characteristics and career development . Firstly , the concept of community youth is defined through the literature method , and the understanding of community youth in the current related policies , international field of view and this study is analyzed . This chapter mainly answers the group characteristics of community adolescents and their needs , so as to lead out the necessity of vocational training and pave the way for further investigation and analysis of the third chapter .
The third chapter is community youth career development problem and demand research , this chapter is focused on the problem of which the community teenagers have career development and the confusion . What are their cognitive and training needs ? Will explore the above problems by using case analysis method and questionnaire method , and analyze the research data , grasp the real professional development problem and confusion of the community adolescents , and find out the clue and basis for further study .
The fourth chapter is the practice exploration of community youth vocational training , from the perspective of the development demand of the community teenagers , and looks at the current situation of our country ' s vocational training aiming at this group , and the implementation of the related work . This chapter mainly studies the situation of the youth training in our country , especially the specific implementation of some special training projects aiming at the community youth group .
The fifth chapter discusses the basic problem of community youth vocational training . This chapter is based on the research of the previous literature and the research of the present situation . This is the core of this paper , and it is also an important basis for the conclusion of the study below .
The sixth chapter is based on the demand of community youth ' s career development , tries to put forward the policy response strategy aiming at the vocational training of this group . This chapter is based on the current practice of vocational training in our country and possible policy environment in the future , and draws on the advanced experience of some developed countries , and discusses the specific coping strategies of the policy from four aspects : the function orientation of vocational training policy in community youth policy , the division of training subject , the content and methods of training , and the safeguard mechanism of training .
