【摘要】：正社區(qū)養(yǎng)老是社會養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系的重要組成部分,在注重對老年人進(jìn)行物質(zhì)生活關(guān)照的同時,也不能忽略對老年人精神生活和心理健康的關(guān)照,否則雖可能延長老年人的生命時間,卻無法使他們渡過安寧舒適的晚年生活。哈佛大學(xué)可能性心理學(xué)家艾倫·朗格教授指出"衰老是一個被灌輸?shù)母拍睢＠夏耆说奶撊?無助,多病,常常是一種習(xí)得性無助,而不是必然的生理過程"~([1])。積極心理學(xué)也認(rèn)為,老齡化不是一個簡單的生理變化現(xiàn)象,而是一個被社會和歷史環(huán)境所建構(gòu)的概念~([2])。因
[Abstract]:Community pension is an important part of the social pension service system. While paying attention to the material life of the elderly, we should not ignore the spiritual life and mental health of the elderly. Otherwise, though they may prolong their life, they will not be able to live in peace and comfort in their old age. Professor Alan Langer, a potential psychologist at Harvard University, points out that "aging is an inculcated concept." The weakness, helplessness, and sickness of the elderly are often a learned helplessness rather than a necessary physiological process.
