【摘要】：經(jīng)過一百多年的發(fā)展，社會(huì)工作在西方社會(huì)已經(jīng)成為被公眾尊重和信任的職業(yè)。在構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的中國，社會(huì)工作作為一種幫助人和解決社會(huì)問題的工作，在向服務(wù)對(duì)象提供支持與服務(wù)，，整合社會(huì)資源以及提供社會(huì)公益服務(wù)和倡導(dǎo)社會(huì)關(guān)愛等方面，發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。 2006年中國共產(chǎn)黨十六屆六中全會(huì)決議進(jìn)一步確定和強(qiáng)調(diào)了關(guān)于“建設(shè)宏大的社會(huì)工作人才隊(duì)伍”的重要理念。2011年中央18部委聯(lián)合發(fā)布了《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)社會(huì)工作專業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的意見》的通知，迎來了我國社會(huì)工作發(fā)展的春天。然而，目前我國的社會(huì)工作總體發(fā)展相對(duì)落后，地區(qū)發(fā)展其不平衡，特別就社會(huì)工作倫理而言，目前除臺(tái)灣、香港以外，國內(nèi)并沒有完備的倫理守則。特別就專業(yè)關(guān)系而言，因?yàn)橹形鞣轿幕吧鐣?huì)發(fā)展的差異，西方的專業(yè)關(guān)系來到中國表現(xiàn)出水土不服的狀況。 本文著重從倫理中的專業(yè)關(guān)系出發(fā)，通過對(duì)八名一線社工的訪談及筆者的社會(huì)工作實(shí)務(wù)經(jīng)歷，分析了中西方不同的文化土壤和社會(huì)發(fā)展進(jìn)程，認(rèn)為西方的專業(yè)關(guān)系并不完全適用我國，當(dāng)然不是全盤否定，而需要結(jié)合我國的社會(huì)文化特征進(jìn)行本土化。筆者認(rèn)為中國社會(huì)工作應(yīng)該發(fā)揮人情關(guān)系優(yōu)勢(shì)、充分運(yùn)用人際信任、宣揚(yáng)道義追求，建構(gòu)監(jiān)督機(jī)制，主張多重與多種關(guān)系融合的關(guān)系，也就是本土化的專業(yè)關(guān)系
[Abstract]:After more than 100 years of development, social work has become a profession respected and trusted by the public in western society. In building a harmonious socialist society in China, social work, as a kind of work to help people and solve social problems, is providing support and services to the clients. The integration of social resources and the provision of social welfare services and advocacy of social care, play a more and more important role. The 2006 resolution of the sixth Plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China further confirmed and emphasized the important idea of "building a large contingent of social workers". In 2011, 18 ministries and commissions of the Communist Party of China jointly issued the "proposal on strengthening Social work Professionals" Notice on the Construction of the contingent of talents, Ushered in the spring of the development of social work in China. However, the overall development of social work in China is relatively backward, and the regional development is unbalanced. Especially in terms of social work ethics, there is no complete code of ethics in China except Taiwan and Hong Kong. Especially in terms of professional relations, due to the differences in cultural and social development between China and the West, Western professional relations come to China to show an unfavorable situation. Based on the professional relationship in ethics, this paper analyzes the different cultural soil and social development process between China and the West through interviews with eight first-line social workers and the author's social work practice experience. It is believed that the western professional relationship is not completely applicable to our country, and certainly not totally negated, but needs to be localized in the light of the social and cultural characteristics of our country. The author holds that Chinese social work should give full play to the advantages of human relationship, make full use of interpersonal trust, promote moral pursuit, construct supervision mechanism, and advocate the relationship between multiple and multiple relationships, that is, the localization of professional relations.
