【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代化和城市化浪潮的沖擊下,職業(yè)流動日益頻繁,流動就業(yè)者的鄉(xiāng)土社會支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)生了斷裂和解構(gòu),原有的地緣支持式微,血緣和親緣支持弱化,流動就業(yè)者在新的時空背景下趨向于建構(gòu)新型的社會資本。政府應(yīng)該因勢利導(dǎo),通過制度變革促進流動就業(yè)者社會支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)的重建,并積極發(fā)揮社會組織和社區(qū)的作用,減少流動就業(yè)者的社會排斥,在此基礎(chǔ)上提升流動就業(yè)者的觸入主動性,改變其"落地未生根"的生存狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Under the impact of modernization and urbanization, occupational mobility is becoming more and more frequent. The local social support network of migrant workers has been broken and deconstructed, the original geographical support has declined, and blood and kinship support has been weakened. Migrant workers tend to construct new social capital in the new time-space background. Governments should promote the reconstruction of social support networks for migrant workers through institutional changes, and actively play a role of social organization and community in order to reduce the social exclusion of migrant workers. On the basis of this, the mobile workers' contact initiative is enhanced, and the survival state of "landing not taking root" is changed.
