【摘要】：體育社會組織是基層社區(qū)治理的重要參與主體,是促進社區(qū)治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化的重要力量。但是,實踐中的體育社會組織參與基層社區(qū)治理面臨著各種不合理的治理任務(wù)、體育社會組織的參與能力不足以及較低的社會認(rèn)同度等問題。為了解決這些問題首先需要明確體育社會組織參與基層社區(qū)治理的價值導(dǎo)向,即需要強調(diào)以人為本、公平公正和統(tǒng)籌兼顧等價值理念;同時價值理念指導(dǎo)下探尋體育社會組織參與基層社區(qū)治理的發(fā)展路徑,即需要轉(zhuǎn)變政府治理思維,實行精準(zhǔn)治理;完善組織治理結(jié)構(gòu),增強組織能力建設(shè);培育公民素養(yǎng),增強體育組織的社會認(rèn)同。
[Abstract]:Sports social organization is the main body of grass-roots community governance and the important force to promote the modernization of community governance system and governance ability. However, in practice, the participation of sports social organizations in grass-roots community governance is faced with various unreasonable governance tasks, the lack of participation capacity of sports social organizations and the low degree of social identity, and so on. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to clarify the value orientation of the participation of sports social organizations in community governance at the grass-roots level, that is, to emphasize the values of people-oriented, fair and equitable, and overall consideration. At the same time, under the guidance of the value concept to explore the development path of sports social organizations to participate in grass-roots community governance, that is, the need to change the thinking of government governance, to implement accurate governance; to improve the organizational governance structure, enhance organizational capacity building; to cultivate civic literacy, Strengthen the social identity of sports organizations.
