【摘要】：生活質量的研究已經引起了學者們的極大關注,他們通過各種科學方法對居民生活質量進行了實證或理論的探討。但目前的研究多關注于個體層面,缺少對社會層面的研究。社會凝聚理念的引入正好能彌補這一不足,它從社會層面強調了社會質量在生活質量結構中的地位和作用,使生活質量研究呈現出由個體向社會的轉變。 本研究將社會凝聚作為生活質量目標政策的一部分,希望對生活質量的研究進行完善和補充。目前國外有關社會凝聚的研究已經比較成熟系統(tǒng),而國內的相關研究還只是處于梳理和介紹西方理論的初級階段。因此,本研究嘗試構建針對我國國情符合我國傳統(tǒng)文化的社會凝聚評價指標體系,并將其應用到公共政策之中,為提高社會管理水平做出一定的貢獻。 本文共包括五章內容：第一章是導論,主要梳理了國內外有關生活質量和社會凝聚的文獻資料,對國內外現狀的研究和評價；第二章是社會凝聚評價指標體系的理論構建。包括構建社會凝聚評價指標體系的理論基礎、設計原則、概念框架,確定社會凝聚的測量維度和具體指標的初步選擇。第三章,社會凝聚評價指標體系的實證構建。根據指標體系設計相應問卷,采用問卷調查的方法,選取山東省ZQ、SG、LZ三地居民為調查對象,對居民的基本生存條件、機會平等狀況、區(qū)域建設情況、社會關系網絡和歸屬感等方面進行了調查與分析,通過數據分析并結合實際情況來確定社會凝聚的最終評價指標體系。第四章根據數據得出的結果進行組群差異和社會凝聚各領域的分析和討論,找出社會凝聚力在哪些方面存在不足。第五章,根據分析討論的結果提出政策建議。我們試圖尋找一個有效的途徑來改善社會凝聚狀況,具體說來,本文認為政府應該從改善城市環(huán)境衛(wèi)生、降低居民基本生活成本、促進老年人的社會融合與社會參與、加強公益組織的建設、加強階層流動性這五個方面努力。在結束語部分,提到了本文的創(chuàng)新之處和存在的不足,以及提出對以后研究的期望。
[Abstract]:The study of quality of life has attracted great attention of scholars. They have made empirical or theoretical research on the quality of life of residents through various scientific methods. However, the current studies focus on the individual level, lack of research on the social level. The introduction of the concept of social cohesion can make up for this deficiency. It emphasizes the position and role of social quality in the structure of quality of life from the social level, so that the study of quality of life presents a change from individual to society. This study regards social cohesion as a part of quality of life policy, hoping to perfect and supplement the study of quality of life. At present, the research on social cohesion in foreign countries has been relatively mature system, but the domestic related research is still in the primary stage of combing and introducing western theories. Therefore, this study attempts to construct the evaluation index system of social cohesion, which is in line with the traditional culture of our country, and applies it to the public policy to make a certain contribution to improving the level of social management. This paper consists of five chapters: the first chapter is an introduction, mainly combing the domestic and foreign literature on quality of life and social cohesion, the research and evaluation of the current situation at home and abroad, the second chapter is the theoretical construction of social cohesion evaluation index system. It includes the theoretical basis, design principles, conceptual framework, the measurement dimension of social cohesion and the initial choice of specific indicators. The third chapter, the empirical construction of social cohesion evaluation index system. According to the index system to design the corresponding questionnaire, adopt the method of questionnaire, select the residents of three places in Shandong Province ZQG SGLZ as the survey object, to the residents' basic living conditions, equal opportunity situation, regional construction situation, the basic living conditions of residents, the situation of equal opportunities, the situation of regional construction, The social relationship network and the sense of belonging are investigated and analyzed, and the final evaluation index system of social cohesion is determined through data analysis and combining with the actual situation. The fourth chapter analyzes and discusses the cluster differences and social cohesion according to the results of the data, and finds out which aspects of social cohesion are insufficient. The fifth chapter, according to the analysis and discussion of the results of the policy recommendations. We try to find an effective way to improve social cohesion, specifically, the government should improve urban environmental sanitation, reduce the basic cost of living of residents, promote social integration and social participation of the elderly. Strengthen the construction of public welfare organizations, strengthen the mobility of the five efforts. In the concluding part, the author points out the innovation and deficiency of this paper, and puts forward the expectation of the future research.
