【摘要】：研究目的：近些年來,兒童情緒問題越來越突出地呈現(xiàn)在家長(zhǎng)和老師的面前,已經(jīng)受到家長(zhǎng)、心理學(xué)者和教育工作者的重視。學(xué)齡兒童的情緒調(diào)節(jié)能力尚不成熟,如若不盡早給以干預(yù),將會(huì)引發(fā)一系列的不良后果,例如低成就、心理疾病、甚至犯罪等現(xiàn)象,影響學(xué)習(xí)、工作、身體健康和生活。但現(xiàn)有的研究中還存在針對(duì)兒童情緒問題工作方法的研究不全面的問題,目前有關(guān)這一領(lǐng)域的大部分研究都集中于三級(jí)干預(yù),針對(duì)小學(xué)中高年級(jí)兒童進(jìn)行的二級(jí)干預(yù)研究偏少,對(duì)于干預(yù)的效果也沒有一致的結(jié)論。本研究以小組工作的方法研究小組工作對(duì)于兒童情緒問題的改善狀況程度,為之后有關(guān)學(xué)齡兒童情緒問題解決方法的探究提供實(shí)踐的參考,同時(shí)為相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)制定學(xué)齡兒童有關(guān)政策提供實(shí)務(wù)依據(jù),切實(shí)推動(dòng)學(xué)齡兒童的健康發(fā)展。研究方法：本文選取重慶某小學(xué)中高年級(jí)學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象,以學(xué)生自薦和教師或父母推薦相結(jié)合的方式來招募初試,并根據(jù)情緒智力量表(EIS)、兒童抑郁量表(CDI)、以及兒童少年生活質(zhì)量量表(QLSCA)的測(cè)試結(jié)果對(duì)被試進(jìn)行篩選,最終選定60名學(xué)生,分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組,并對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組進(jìn)行為期八周的小組活動(dòng),對(duì)照組不做任何處理,干預(yù)結(jié)束后同樣采用上述三個(gè)量表進(jìn)行后測(cè),而后將前、后測(cè)得分錄入統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件SPSS19.0進(jìn)行配對(duì)檢驗(yàn),分析干預(yù)效果。研究結(jié)論：經(jīng)過小組工作干預(yù)之后,1、前后測(cè)對(duì)比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組被試的情緒知覺、自我情緒管理、他人情緒管理以及情緒利用等方面的調(diào)節(jié)能力顯著提高,抑郁水平顯著下降,實(shí)驗(yàn)組被試的生活質(zhì)量水平顯著提高；2、實(shí)驗(yàn)組后測(cè)與對(duì)照組后測(cè)結(jié)果相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組被試的情緒知覺、自我情緒管理、他人情緒管理以及情緒利用等方面的調(diào)節(jié)能力顯著提高,抑郁水平顯著下降,被試的生活質(zhì)量水平顯著提高；3、學(xué)齡兒童對(duì)于情緒問題的認(rèn)知有所提高,處理情緒問題的新技能得以增長(zhǎng),兒童的情緒狀況得到改善,情緒管理能力有所增強(qiáng)。總而言之,小組工作方法對(duì)學(xué)齡兒童情緒調(diào)節(jié)能力可以起到積極的影響作用。
[Abstract]:Research objective: in recent years, children's emotional problems are more and more prominent in front of parents and teachers, and have been paid attention to by parents, psychologists and educators. The emotional regulation ability of school-age children is not yet mature. If they do not intervene as soon as possible, it will lead to a series of adverse consequences, such as low achievement, mental illness, and even crime, which will affect learning, work, physical health and life. However, the existing research still has the problem of incomplete research on the working methods of children's emotional problems. At present, most of the studies in this field focus on the three-level intervention, and the second-level intervention research for the children in the middle and senior grade of primary schools is relatively few. There is also no consistent conclusion about the effect of intervention. This study studies the degree of improvement of children's emotional problems by group work, which provides practical reference for the later exploration of solutions to emotional problems of school-age children. At the same time, it provides practical basis for relevant institutions to formulate relevant policies for school-age children, and promotes the healthy development of school-age children. Methods: in this paper, middle and senior students in a primary school in Chongqing were selected as the research objects, and the students' self-recommendation and the teacher's or parents' recommendation were used to recruit the students for the first test. According to the test results of EISL, CDI and QLSCA, 60 students were selected and divided into experimental group and control group. Group activity for eight weeks was carried out in the experimental group. The control group did not do any treatment. After the intervention, the three scales were also used for post-test, and then the scores of pre-and post-test were recorded into the statistical software SPSS19.0 for paired test to analyze the effect of intervention. Conclusion: after the intervention of group work, the control ability of emotion perception, self-emotion management, emotion management of others and emotion utilization were significantly improved, and the depression level was significantly decreased in the experimental group. The quality of life of the subjects in the experimental group was significantly improved. Compared with the post-test results of the control group, the subjects in the experimental group improved their emotional perception, self-emotion management, emotional management of others and emotional utilization. The level of depression decreased significantly, the quality of life of the subjects improved significantly, the cognition of emotional problems of school-age children improved, the new skills of dealing with emotional problems increased, and the emotional status of children was improved. The ability of emotion management has been improved. All in all, group work methods can have a positive effect on emotional regulation in school-age children.
