【摘要】：自從2003年在上海市率先在禁毒領(lǐng)域引入社會(huì)工作,至今已經(jīng)有十四年時(shí)間,其他地區(qū)也都開(kāi)始效仿上海市在禁毒領(lǐng)域引入社會(huì)工作,深圳市目前已經(jīng)有多家社會(huì)工作機(jī)構(gòu)涉及禁毒領(lǐng)域,特別是針對(duì)青少年染毒群體,禁毒社會(huì)工作者積極探索社會(huì)工作的哪些理論、技巧、方法可以運(yùn)用在青少年禁毒領(lǐng)域,特別是對(duì)染毒青少年的后期康復(fù)治療中,如何協(xié)助染毒青少年擺脫復(fù)吸的可能,順利回歸社會(huì),目前已經(jīng)成功探索出動(dòng)機(jī)晤談法、同伴教育法、個(gè)案管理、優(yōu)勢(shì)視角等在染毒青少年的后期康復(fù)治療中的運(yùn)用。禁毒社會(huì)工作者除了擔(dān)任宣傳預(yù)防青少年吸毒的角色意外,還肩負(fù)著另一重任------使染毒青少年擺脫復(fù)吸,重新適應(yīng)社會(huì)。本文采用優(yōu)勢(shì)視角和賦權(quán)理論,在以個(gè)案社會(huì)工作的面談法為大背景下,結(jié)合了社區(qū)社會(huì)工作方法對(duì)案主進(jìn)行介入,通過(guò)從正向抗逆力不足、不良同輩群體影響、家庭關(guān)系失衡三方面分析染毒青少年難以回歸社會(huì)的原因,以長(zhǎng)春市蘭家鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)趙某為案主,通過(guò)分析其問(wèn)題成因展開(kāi)對(duì)案主的介入,以此達(dá)到對(duì)染毒青少年趙某的后期康復(fù),為其重新適應(yīng)社會(huì)做好鋪墊。
[Abstract]:Since the introduction of social work in the field of drug control in Shanghai in 2003, it has been 14 years since, and other regions have started to emulate Shanghai in introducing social work in the field of drug control. At present, there are many social work institutions in Shenzhen that are involved in the field of drug control, especially for young people who are exposed to drugs. Drug control social workers actively explore the theories, techniques, and methods of social work, which can be applied to the field of drug control among young people. In particular, in the later rehabilitation treatment of poisoned teenagers, how to assist them to get rid of the possibility of relapse and return to society smoothly has been successfully explored at present, including the method of motivational interviews, the peer education method, and the case management. The application of advantage perspective in the later rehabilitation treatment of poisoned adolescents. In addition to their role in promoting and preventing drug abuse among young people, anti-drug social workers are also shouldering another important task, that is, to free them from relapse and to readjust themselves to society. This article adopts the advantage angle of view and the empowerment theory, under the background of the case social work interview method, unifies the community social work method to carry on the intervention to the case owner, through from the positive resistance strength insufficient, the bad peer group influence, This paper analyzes the reasons why it is difficult for poisoned teenagers to return to society from the three aspects of unbalanced family relations. Taking Zhao Mou, a community in Lanjia Town, Changchun City, as the victim, through analyzing the causes of the problems involved in the involvement of the victim, so as to achieve the later recovery of the poisoned teenager Zhao Mou. To re-adapt to the society to do a good job.
