【摘要】：正隨著"她時代"在全球范圍的急速涌現(xiàn),女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域中也越來越多地引起人們的關(guān)注。但是,由于社會歷史、文化發(fā)展和制度政策的諸多差異,女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者在工作中出現(xiàn)了諸多心理問題,其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的開發(fā)極不充分。因此,在建設(shè)社會主義和諧社會的過程中,加強對女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者心理問題的分析,研究她們在成長過程中出現(xiàn)的心理問題,探討女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者走出心理困境的途徑,不僅對促進(jìn)女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者形成健康人格、平
[Abstract]:With the rapid emergence of "her age" on the global scale, women's leadership has attracted more and more attention in the field of leadership research. However, because of the differences in social history, cultural development and institutional policy, women leaders have appeared many psychological problems in their work, and their leadership is not fully developed. In the process of building a socialist harmonious society, we should strengthen the analysis of the psychological problems of female leaders, study their psychological problems in the course of their growth, and discuss the ways for women leaders to get out of their psychological predicament, not only to promote the healthy personality of women leaders, but also to make a healthy personality of women leaders.
