【摘要】：同妻群體自2015年4月以來,受到國內(nèi)外媒體的廣泛關(guān)注,國內(nèi)學(xué)者對同妻相關(guān)研究也正獲得越來越多的關(guān)注。但目前國內(nèi)的研究目前多直接針對于同妻群體進(jìn)行探索,本研究試圖從同妻身份的締造者,即男同性戀的視角出發(fā),觀察同妻從婚姻開始到結(jié)束逐漸成為“邊緣人”的過程和最終同妻處在的邊緣困境,借此增加社會對同妻群體的關(guān)注,對解決同妻問題提出另一種來自于男同性戀角度的方案。本研究主要采用人類學(xué)的研究方法,結(jié)合深度訪談和虛擬田野調(diào)查,從同妻角色的塑造者,即同性戀丈夫的角度著手,來研究和分析同妻在婚姻中的邊緣過程和邊緣處境。通過進(jìn)入同性戀網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)和熟人介紹,閱讀相關(guān)新聞報道,整理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),獲得同性戀訪談43份,與49名同性戀交流,整理相關(guān)資料48頁,獲得了多樣、豐富的經(jīng)驗材料。本文從社會學(xué)的角度,以男同性戀丈夫的視角,總結(jié)出同妻在婚姻中的邊緣過程分為如下四個階段,同妻對同性戀丈夫偏差行為的懷疑質(zhì)證階段,同妻對家庭成員角色失調(diào)的徘徊掙扎階段,同妻喪失家庭信心之后的自我重建階段以及同妻完成自我重建之后對社會污名的除污階段。這四個階段的存在表明同妻在婚姻中的邊緣過程是漸進(jìn)而緩慢的,但最終同性戀丈夫眼中的同妻的邊緣困境仍然有章可循,比如家庭地位和社會地位的邊緣處境,生理健康和權(quán)益保護(hù)的邊緣處境,在了解到這些同妻邊緣處境之后,研究從男同性戀的角度出發(fā),尋求同妻邊緣過程和邊緣處境的解決要依賴于同妻的自我覺醒,同性戀丈夫的勇于承擔(dān),和社會背景的包容。從男同性戀丈夫的角度對同妻邊緣過程和邊緣困境的研究,豐富了研究者對同妻群體的研究視角。在同性戀丈夫和社會環(huán)境的共同作用下,同妻成為社會和家庭生活中的潛在的邊緣人;同時,邊緣人的角色給同妻身體和生活都帶來了難以挽回的影響。而同妻解決問題則需要社會改變傳統(tǒng)觀念、完善相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)并使社會相關(guān)組織伸之以援手。
[Abstract]:Since April 2015, the same wife group has received extensive attention from the domestic and foreign media, and domestic scholars are also getting more and more attention to the research on the same wife. However, most of the domestic researches are aimed directly at the same wife group. This study attempts to start from the perspective of the founder of the same wife identity, that is, the gay man. By observing the process from the beginning to the end of the marriage and gradually becoming the "marginal person" and finally the borderline dilemma of the same wife, the author puts forward another kind of plan from the angle of gay man to solve the problem of the same wife in order to increase the attention of the society to the same wife group and to solve the problem of the same wife. This research mainly adopts the anthropological research method, combining the deep interview and the virtual field investigation, from the angle of the shaping of the same wife role, that is, the gay husband, to study and analyze the marginal process and the marginal situation of the same wife in the marriage. Through the introduction of homosexual network community and acquaintances, reading related news reports, sorting out relevant documents, obtaining 43 homosexual interviews, exchanging with 49 homosexuals, sorting out 48 pages of related materials, obtaining various and rich experience materials. From the angle of sociology and from the perspective of gay husband, this paper concludes that the marginal process of same-wife marriage is divided into the following four stages, and the same wife's suspicious cross-examination of the homosexual husband's deviant behavior. The disordered role of the same wife to the family member wandering struggling stage, the same wife lost confidence in the family after the stage of self-reconstruction and the same wife after the completion of self-reconstruction of the social stigma of the decontamination stage. The existence of these four stages shows that the fringes of marriage are gradual and slow, but in the end, the plight of the same wife in the eyes of gay husbands still has rules to follow, such as the marginal situation of family status and social status. The borderline situation of physical health and protection of rights and interests, after understanding these borderline situation, the research from the angle of gay man, seeking the solution of the borderline process and marginal situation of the same wife depends on the self-awakening of the same wife. Gay husband's courage to bear, and social background tolerance. The study of the borderline process and edge dilemma of gay husband enriches the perspective of the research on same-wife groups. Under the joint action of gay husband and social environment, the same wife becomes the potential marginal person in the society and family life, and at the same time, the role of the marginal person brings irreparable influence to the body and life of the same wife. To solve the problem, the society needs to change the traditional concept, perfect the relevant laws and regulations and help the social organizations.
