【摘要】：剛剛進(jìn)入青春期的初中新生正處于人生中的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,但是處于這一階段的他們不僅需要應(yīng)對(duì)青春期帶來的各種煩惱,還要面對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)、生活環(huán)境的轉(zhuǎn)變,面對(duì)新增的學(xué)科、陌生的老師和同學(xué)、不熟悉的環(huán)境,很多新生不同程度地在學(xué)習(xí)、人際關(guān)系、生活等方面出現(xiàn)了適應(yīng)不良的問題。然而學(xué)校傳統(tǒng)的新生工作方法卻對(duì)解決這一問題顯得力不從心,不能滿足新生多樣化的需求。 學(xué)校社會(huì)工作是社會(huì)工作專業(yè)方法在學(xué)校領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,最早產(chǎn)生于二十世紀(jì)初的美國(guó)。經(jīng)過一百多年的發(fā)展,學(xué)校社會(huì)工作形成了充滿人文關(guān)懷的價(jià)值理念和靈活多樣的工作方法,在挖掘新生潛能,使新生獲得自我發(fā)展等方面有著獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì),可以彌補(bǔ)學(xué)校傳統(tǒng)學(xué)生工作方法的不足,有效的解決新生學(xué)校適應(yīng)問題。 個(gè)案工作、小組工作、社區(qū)工作是學(xué)校社會(huì)工作最常用到的工作方法。筆者在H中學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)期間,針對(duì)初中新生存在的學(xué)校適應(yīng)不良問題,在具體實(shí)踐過程中嘗試運(yùn)用這三大工作方法探索可行的解決模式,初期的嘗試在幫助初中新生解決過渡期內(nèi)遇到的問題,協(xié)助他們更好的適應(yīng)新學(xué)校的學(xué)習(xí)生活方面發(fā)揮了很好的作用,得到了新生、新生家長(zhǎng)、教師和學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的一致認(rèn)可。實(shí)踐證明,學(xué)校社會(huì)工作方法能夠有效的解決新生學(xué)校適應(yīng)方面的問題,因此應(yīng)該在學(xué)校學(xué)生工作中引入學(xué)校社會(huì)工作方法,提高學(xué)校學(xué)生工作的水平。
[Abstract]:Junior high school freshmen who have just entered puberty are in a critical period of their life. But at this stage, they not only have to deal with all kinds of troubles brought about by adolescence, but also face the changes in their learning, living environment, and new disciplines. Unfamiliar teachers and students, unfamiliar environment, many freshmen in varying degrees in learning, interpersonal relations, life and other aspects of the problem of maladjustment. However, the traditional working methods of freshmen are unable to solve this problem and can not meet the diverse needs of freshmen. School social work is the application of the professional method of social work in the field of schools, which originated in the United States at the beginning of the twentieth century. After more than one hundred years of development, school social work has formed a value concept full of humanistic concern and flexible and diverse working methods. It has unique advantages in tapping the potential of new students and enabling them to gain self-development. It can make up for the shortage of traditional student's working method and solve the problem of freshman's school adaptation. Case work, group work, and community work are the most commonly used methods of social work in schools. During the practice in H middle school, aiming at the problem of school adaptation of junior high school students, the author tries to use these three working methods to explore feasible solutions in the process of practice. The initial attempt has played a good role in helping the junior high school freshmen solve the problems encountered during the transitional period and help them adapt to the study life of the new school better. It has been unanimously recognized by the freshmen, the new students' parents, the teachers and the school leaders. The practice proves that the method of school social work can effectively solve the problem of new students' school adaptation, so we should introduce the method of school social work into the work of school students and improve the level of school students' work.
