【摘要】：文章利用中國鄉(xiāng)—城移民調(diào)查(RUMIC)數(shù)據(jù),研究城鎮(zhèn)中不同職業(yè)對勞動者學(xué)歷要求與勞動者受教育年限之間的匹配程度,比較不同戶籍類型的勞動者職業(yè)匹配程度對其收入的影響。文章采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差法將職業(yè)的教育匹配程度劃分為"過度教育"、"教育不足"以及"恰好匹配"。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在分割的勞動力市場中,外地人的過度教育情況比本地人嚴(yán)重,而本地人通常處于教育不足的狀況。文章進(jìn)一步探討了"過度教育"和"教育不足"對勞動者收入的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):在同等受教育年限下,過度教育者的收入低于恰好匹配者的收入;教育不足者的收入高于恰好匹配者的收入。同時還發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)本地人是過度教育者時對收入的懲罰作用比外地人高,外地人是教育不足者時工資的獎勵作用比本地人高。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the matching degree between the educational requirements of workers in different occupations and the years of education of workers in cities and towns, and compares the influence of occupational matching degree of different household registration types on the income of workers. In this paper, the matching degree of vocational education is divided into "overeducation", "inadequate education" and "just matching" by using standard deviation method. The study found that in the divided labor market, the outsider overeducated situation is more serious than that of the local people, and the local people are usually in the undereducated condition. The article further discusses the influence of "overeducation" and "insufficient education" on workers' income. It is found that under the same education years, the income of overeducated is lower than that of the right match; the income of the undereducated is higher than that of the well-matched. At the same time, it is also found that when the local people are overeducated, the punishment of income is higher than that of the outsiders, and the incentive effect of wages is higher than that of the locals when the outsiders are undereducated.
