優(yōu)勢(shì)視角下學(xué)校社會(huì)工作介入學(xué)生偏差行為研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,學(xué)校作為公共基礎(chǔ)事業(yè)單位也在快速的發(fā)展。在學(xué)校發(fā)展的過程中,常常會(huì)有以下特征的學(xué)生出現(xiàn):他們的年齡基本都在14-16歲之間,整天無所事事、不愛學(xué)習(xí)、吸煙喝酒、打架斗毆等等。這種行為通常被稱為“偏差行為”。他們的行為不僅使父母頭疼不已,在學(xué)校里老師對(duì)他們的行為也是毫無辦法,同學(xué)對(duì)他們更是“敬而遠(yuǎn)之”。父母不知道如何是好,老師們不知道該如何教育,同學(xué)們不知道如何與他們交往等等,一系列問題困擾著他們,學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)不好、家庭矛盾突出、人際關(guān)系不協(xié)調(diào)等是他們亟待解決的問題。 我們傳統(tǒng)學(xué)校社會(huì)工作對(duì)于學(xué)生的偏差行為的教育模式已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)新型的學(xué)校發(fā)展模式和學(xué)生的行為、性格特點(diǎn)等。目前,我們眼中傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)校社會(huì)工作就是我們所說的學(xué)校思想政治教育工作、學(xué)生工作、輔導(dǎo)員工作等,很少引入專業(yè)社會(huì)工作者和社會(huì)工作理論,甚至不引入相關(guān)理論。優(yōu)勢(shì)視角對(duì)于中國學(xué)校社會(huì)工作的發(fā)展與研究來說都是一種新的視角和領(lǐng)域,為學(xué)校社會(huì)工作介入學(xué)生偏差行為提供了一種新的思路與模式,使社會(huì)工作者更加關(guān)注案主的優(yōu)勢(shì)與資源,而不是僅僅關(guān)注案主存在的問題。 本文的研究視角就是將優(yōu)勢(shì)視角引入學(xué)校社會(huì)工作中來,,解決學(xué)生中存在的偏差行為。本文的目的在于探討優(yōu)勢(shì)視角在學(xué)校社會(huì)工作中的應(yīng)用,給出建議和對(duì)策。主要以初中學(xué)生的偏差行為為例,做出針對(duì)個(gè)案的方案設(shè)計(jì)以及效果模擬。推動(dòng)優(yōu)勢(shì)視角在學(xué)校管理中的應(yīng)用,更好地發(fā)掘?qū)W生的優(yōu)勢(shì),而不是一味地把他們當(dāng)作“問題”。采用社會(huì)工作專業(yè)方法和技巧介入到學(xué)校工作的實(shí)例中去,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出將優(yōu)勢(shì)視角融入學(xué)校社會(huì)工作中去的對(duì)策及建議。本文所研究的是:優(yōu)勢(shì)視角在學(xué)校社會(huì)工作中有哪些啟示,以及該如何發(fā)揮作用。對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)視角在學(xué)校社會(huì)工作中的應(yīng)用的研究,一方面可以幫助提高學(xué)校社會(huì)工作專業(yè)化水平,及提高學(xué)校工作效率;另一方面有利于學(xué)校社會(huì)工作的實(shí)際發(fā)展,使優(yōu)勢(shì)視角更好地融入到解決實(shí)際問題中去。優(yōu)勢(shì)視角的應(yīng)用對(duì)于構(gòu)建“以人為本”的和諧社會(huì)具有十分重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, schools are also developing rapidly as public infrastructure units. In the process of school development, students often have the following characteristics: their age is basically between 14-16 years old, do nothing all day, do not love learning, smoking and drinking wine, fighting and so on. Their behavior not only makes parents have a headache, but teachers do not have a way of doing them in school. Students are more "respectful" to them. Their parents do not know what to do, the teachers do not know how to educate them, the students do not know how to associate with them, and so on, a series of problems perplex them and study. Poor performance, prominent family conflicts and uncoordinated interpersonal relationships are urgent problems to be solved.
The educational mode of our traditional school social work for the deviant behavior of the students has not adapted to the new model of school development and the behavior and character of the students. At present, the traditional school social work in our eyes is the ideological and political education of the school, the work of the students, the work of the counselor and so on. The theory of social workers and social work does not even introduce relevant theories. The advantage angle of view is a new perspective and field for the development and research of Chinese school social work. It provides a new way of thinking and mode for school social work to intervene students' deviant behavior, so that social workers pay more attention to the advantages and advantages of the owners of the case. Resources, not just concerns about the owner of the case.
The aim of this study is to introduce the advantage angle of view into the school social work to solve the deviant behavior of the students. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the application of the advantage angle of view in the school social work, and give some suggestions and countermeasures. It mainly takes the deviant behavior of the junior high school students as an example to make the design of the case and the effect simulation. To promote the application of the advantage perspective in school management, to better explore the advantages of the students, rather than to treat them as a "problem". Using the professional methods and techniques of social work to get involved in the school work, and on this basis, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to integrate the advantage angle of view into the school social work. On the one hand, it can help improve the professional level of school social work and improve the efficiency of school work; on the other hand, it is beneficial to the practical development of school social work, The advantage perspective can be better integrated into the practical problems. The application of the advantage perspective is of great theoretical and practical significance to the construction of a "people-oriented" harmonious society.
