【摘要】：近年來,隨著人們家庭婚姻觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變,主要由于離婚率增高導致的單親家庭比例將逐漸增高,“單親”和“女性”的結(jié)合,致使單親母親家庭的貧困風險明顯加大,單親母親正在成為社會新的弱勢群體,其所面對的問題不僅有物質(zhì)和經(jīng)濟層面,還有心理和精神層面,亟需得到政府及社會各界的關(guān)注和幫助。而社會工作作為一個運用專業(yè)方法幫助弱勢群體擺脫困境的職業(yè),理應將單親母親作為服務(wù)對象之一提供專業(yè)化服務(wù)。本文從社會工作的角度出發(fā),以深圳市Y社區(qū)的單親母親為研究對象,將文獻法、個案訪談以及參與觀察等研究方法相結(jié)合,分析了社會工作介入單親母親心理互助的必要性和可行性,然后對單親母親心理互助的小組工作介入過程和方式進行了描述和分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上探討了小組工作介入單親母親心理互助的局限性,并提出了進一步完善單親母親心理互助的對策建議。本次小組活動的主要目標是幫助單親母親排解孤獨感和無助感,為單親母親彼此溝通和交往搭建一個互助自助網(wǎng)絡(luò)和平臺,從而自尊和自信地面對生活。在小組活動中,社會工作者在秉持“助人自助”的專業(yè)價值理念下,著重遵循和強化了“增能”和“合作”理念。社會工作者在小組活動不同階段充當起多元化角色,并對每節(jié)小組活動過程進行記錄、總結(jié)和分析,最后對小組活動的整個服務(wù)效果進行評估和反思。期待通過這種探討能對社會工作本土化發(fā)展和單親母親相關(guān)政策制度完善提供實踐思路和案例參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the change of people's concept of family marriage, the proportion of single-parent families, mainly due to the increase in divorce rate, will gradually increase. The combination of "single parent" and "female" has led to a marked increase in the risk of poverty in single-parent families. Single mother is becoming a new vulnerable group in society, which faces not only material and economic aspects, but also psychological and spiritual aspects, which is in urgent need of attention and help from the government and all walks of life. Social work as a professional method to help the disadvantaged group out of the plight of the profession, should take single mother as one of the service objects to provide professional services. From the perspective of social work, this paper takes single mothers in community Y of Shenzhen as the research object, combining the literature method, case interview and participation observation, etc. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in the psychological assistance of single mothers, and then describes and analyzes the process and mode of group work intervention of single mothers. On this basis, the limitations of group work intervention in psychological assistance of single mothers are discussed, and the countermeasures and suggestions for further improvement of psychological mutual aid of single mothers are put forward. The main goal of this group is to help single mothers to overcome their feelings of loneliness and helplessness, and to build a self-help network and platform for single mothers to communicate and interact with each other so that they can face life with self-respect and self-confidence. In group activities, social workers adhere to and strengthen the concept of "empowerment" and "cooperation" under the professional value of "helping others to help themselves". Social workers play a diversified role in different stages of group activities, and record, summarize and analyze the process of group activities in each section. Finally, evaluate and reflect on the whole service effect of group activities. It is expected that this study can provide practical ideas and case reference for the localization of social work and the improvement of the policy system of single mothers.
