我國基于WEB2.0的民間組織微公益模式及其應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)WEB2.0技術(shù)的普及,基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的微公益組織進入快速發(fā)展階段。許多原有的官辦公益組織和民間公益組織受制于傳統(tǒng)模式,越來越難以滿足多樣化和小眾化的公益需求。微公益模式依靠WEB2.0技術(shù),將網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的單個用戶聯(lián)系起來,通過用戶間的協(xié)同合作實現(xiàn)其公益價值,實現(xiàn)蟻群優(yōu)化,具有效率高、成本低的特點。 本文首先回顧了國內(nèi)外有關(guān)公益模式創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)研究,提出了微公益模式的基本內(nèi)容與特征,并將傳統(tǒng)公益模式與基于WEB2.0的微公益模式進行了對比,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了微公益組織的定義。第二,對國內(nèi)外37個具有代表性的微公益組織進行了調(diào)查,并從生存環(huán)境、微公益形式、服務(wù)領(lǐng)域、管理團隊現(xiàn)狀及WEB2.0的應(yīng)用方面進行了分析,對國內(nèi)、國外的組織現(xiàn)狀做了對比和總結(jié)。以此為基礎(chǔ),列舉和比較了成功的微公益模式的定位、“5W1H”陳述和聚焦定位設(shè)計。第三,提出了基于WEB2.0的微公益模式具體實施方法。運用菲利浦·科特勒的STP理論和里斯與特勞特的Focusing理論對微公益組織的定位過程進行了論述;提出了微公益組織董事會和專職管理團隊的構(gòu)建思路,并針對各個崗位的職責(zé)和要求進行了闡述;結(jié)合主流的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)標準,列出搭建微公益網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺的主要業(yè)務(wù)流程,探討了微公益平臺的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能模塊組合;在前文的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細論述了微公益平臺的運行過程,并運用蟻群算法進行了驗證,對微公益平臺上用戶間的協(xié)同合作所產(chǎn)生的正反饋性與多樣性以及由此產(chǎn)生的蟻群優(yōu)化進行了論述。最后,對照前面提出的微公益模式,本文對“多背一公斤”組織進行了應(yīng)用研究。 本文的研究成果主要在于將WEB2.0技術(shù)、營銷學(xué)理論和仿生學(xué)理論進行綜合應(yīng)用,提出了一種以用戶為中心的新型微公益模式。這種基于WEB2.0的微公益模式所具有的分布性、集體性的特點能夠適應(yīng)我國國情,更好地滿足公益需求,可操作性強,具有一定的社會意義。在未來,本模式不僅適用于全民性公益自我服務(wù),也可應(yīng)用于更廣泛的社會管理領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of WEB2.0 technology in our country, the micro public welfare organization based on network has entered a rapid development stage. Many government-run public welfare organizations and folk public welfare organizations are restricted by the traditional mode, and it is becoming more and more difficult to meet the diversified and minority public welfare needs. The micro-commonweal model relies on the WEB2.0 technology to connect the individual users on the network to realize the commonweal value through the cooperation between the users and to realize the ant colony optimization. It has the characteristics of high efficiency and low cost. Firstly, this paper reviews the relevant research on the innovation of public welfare model at home and abroad, puts forward the basic contents and characteristics of the micro-public welfare model, and compares the traditional public welfare model with the micro-public welfare model based on WEB2.0. On this basis, the definition of micro public welfare organization is put forward. Secondly, 37 representative micro-public welfare organizations at home and abroad are investigated, and analyzed from the aspects of living environment, micropublic welfare form, service field, management team status and application of WEB2.0. The present situation of foreign organizations is compared and summarized. On the basis of this, this paper enumerates and compares the positioning of the successful micro-public welfare model, "5W1H" statement and focus positioning design. Thirdly, the implementation method of micro public welfare model based on WEB2.0 is put forward. Using Philip Kotler's STP theory and Reese's and Trauter's Focusing theory, this paper discusses the positioning process of micro public welfare organization, and puts forward the idea of constructing the board of directors and full-time management team of micro public welfare organization. According to the responsibilities and requirements of each post, combined with the mainstream Internet technology standards, listed the main business process of building micro public welfare network platform, discussed the structure and function module combination of micro public welfare platform; On the basis of the above, the running process of the micro-public welfare platform is discussed in detail, and the ant colony algorithm is used to verify, The positive feedback, diversity and ant colony optimization caused by collaborative cooperation among users on micro public welfare platform are discussed in this paper. Finally, compared with the micro-public welfare model, this paper studies the application of multi-back-one-kilogram tissue. The research results of this paper mainly lie in the comprehensive application of WEB2.0 technology, marketing theory and bionics theory, and put forward a new model of micro-public welfare centered on users. This micro-public welfare model based on WEB2.0 has the characteristics of distribution and collectivity, which can adapt to the national conditions of our country, better meet the public welfare needs, have strong maneuverability, and have certain social significance. In the future, this model can be applied not only to the general public self-service, but also to the wider field of social management.
