【摘要】：利用湖南省實(shí)地調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),探討代際支持對(duì)農(nóng)村老年人醫(yī)療服務(wù)利用的影響。參照兩部模型法(Two-part-Model,TPM)將農(nóng)村老年人醫(yī)療服務(wù)利用分為患病以后"是否就診"和就診以后"醫(yī)療支出"兩個(gè)先后相對(duì)獨(dú)立的過(guò)程。農(nóng)村老年人患病以后"是否就診"受到來(lái)自子女的經(jīng)濟(jì)支持、照料支持、情感支持的正向影響;就診以后"醫(yī)療支出"受到來(lái)自子女的經(jīng)濟(jì)支持的正向影響,受到來(lái)自子女的照料支持的負(fù)向影響,情感支持對(duì)農(nóng)村老年人就診以后醫(yī)療支出影響不顯著。
[Abstract]:The effect of intergenerational support on the utilization of medical services for the elderly in rural areas was studied by using the field investigation data in Hunan Province. Referring to the Two-part-Model-TPMmethod, the utilization of medical service for the rural elderly is divided into two independent processes: "whether to see a doctor after illness" and "medical expenditure" after seeing a doctor. Whether the elderly in rural areas "see a doctor" after illness is positively affected by the financial support, care support and emotional support from their children, and the "medical expenditure" is positively affected by the financial support from the children after the visit. Under the negative influence of care support from children, emotional support had no significant effect on the medical expenditure of the rural elderly.
