【摘要】：社會(huì)組織是社會(huì)生命有機(jī)體。社會(huì)組織活力是結(jié)構(gòu)活力與過(guò)程活力的融合:空間上表現(xiàn)為具有存在與活動(dòng)能力的生命結(jié)構(gòu),時(shí)間上表現(xiàn)為遵循一定規(guī)律、不斷演化的生命過(guò)程。社會(huì)組織活力的強(qiáng)弱既受到融資結(jié)構(gòu)、治理結(jié)構(gòu)和組織機(jī)構(gòu)等結(jié)構(gòu)性因素的影響,也受到生存環(huán)境、文化因素和人才因素等非結(jié)構(gòu)性因素的影響。運(yùn)用三圈理論進(jìn)行助殘NGO生命歷程追蹤,觀察組織活力的變化,提出激發(fā)活力的建議:把握大局確立組織使命,提高能力避免資源依賴,爭(zhēng)取多方支持實(shí)現(xiàn)協(xié)同發(fā)展,保持使命、能力與支持三者之間的巧妙平衡,有望實(shí)現(xiàn)組織的基業(yè)長(zhǎng)青,推進(jìn)社會(huì)治理創(chuàng)新,增加社會(huì)福祉。
[Abstract]:Social organization is an organism of social life. The vitality of social organization is the fusion of the vitality of structure and process: the life structure with the ability of existence and activity is manifested in space, and the life process that follows a certain law and evolves continuously in time. The vitality of social organization is influenced not only by structural factors such as financing structure, governance structure and organization, but also by non-structural factors such as living environment, cultural factors and talent factors. Using the theory of three circles to track the life course of disabled NGO, observe the change of the vitality of the organization, put forward some suggestions to stimulate the vitality: to grasp the overall situation, to establish the mission of the organization, to improve the ability to avoid resource dependence, and to strive for the support of various parties to realize the coordinated development. It is hoped that the cleverly balance among mission, ability and support will realize the foundation of the organization, promote the innovation of social governance and increase the welfare of the society.
