【摘要】：文本基于地權(quán)研究的政治社會(huì)學(xué)視角,認(rèn)為對(duì)農(nóng)地"三權(quán)分置"的理解也應(yīng)該關(guān)注其政治社會(huì)特性。中國(guó)的土地產(chǎn)權(quán)制度安排并不僅僅在于推動(dòng)社會(huì)發(fā)展、重構(gòu)農(nóng)村社會(huì),它往往還有更深的政治意義。"三權(quán)分置"改革及其實(shí)踐是國(guó)家意志和政府能力在農(nóng)村社會(huì)的生動(dòng)展現(xiàn),其更深層的目的在于重構(gòu)國(guó)家、農(nóng)民、市場(chǎng)及現(xiàn)代化之間的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明:"三權(quán)分置"改革不僅會(huì)對(duì)中國(guó)鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)的階層重構(gòu)及村莊治理產(chǎn)生重大影響,同時(shí)也將理順現(xiàn)有政治權(quán)力與鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而筑牢廣大農(nóng)民群眾的政治認(rèn)同,實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Based on the political sociological perspective of land ownership research, the text holds that the understanding of agricultural land "three rights division" should also pay attention to its political and social characteristics. China's land property rights system is not only to promote social development, reconstruction of rural society, it often has deeper political significance. " The reform and practice of "three powers divided" is the vivid display of national will and government ability in rural society. Its deeper purpose is to reconstruct the relationship among country, farmer, market and modernization. The results show that the reform of "three powers divided" will not only have a great impact on the social stratum reconstruction and village governance in Chinese rural society, but also straighten out the relationship between the existing political power and the rural society. Then build the political identity of the broad masses of farmers to achieve social stability.
