【摘要】：良好的代際關(guān)系對(duì)于老年人生活的重要程度不言而喻,這不僅體現(xiàn)在子女提供的經(jīng)濟(jì)支持是老年父母生活層面的有力支撐,還體現(xiàn)在代際支持對(duì)老年人生理及心理層面的"健康效應(yīng)"。但子女在代際支持中的作用并不相同,傳統(tǒng)性別制度賦予子女不同的贍養(yǎng)責(zé)任,生理和心理的差異又給予子女不同的支持優(yōu)勢(shì)�；谶@兩個(gè)層面,探討了子女代際支持的數(shù)量差異和對(duì)老年父母健康狀況的支持效率差異,并使用中國健康與養(yǎng)老追蹤調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果顯示:傳統(tǒng)性別制度的影響在農(nóng)村依然存在,但女性在代際支持中作用逐漸凸顯;城鄉(xiāng)代際支持模式共性和差異性并存;子女在代際支持中均存在各自的支持優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The importance of good intergenerational relationships to the lives of older people is self-evident, not only because the financial support provided by their children is a powerful support for the lives of older parents. It is also reflected in the health effects of intergenerational support on the physical and psychological aspects of the elderly. However, the role of children in intergenerational support is not the same. The traditional gender system endows children with different support responsibilities, and the differences of physiology and psychology give them different support advantages. Based on these two levels, this paper discusses the difference in the number of children's intergenerational support and the difference in support efficiency to the health status of elderly parents, and makes an empirical analysis using the data of China Health and Old-age Care tracking Survey. The results show that: the influence of traditional gender system still exists in rural areas, but the role of women in intergenerational support is gradually prominent; the intergenerational support modes of urban and rural areas are common and different, and children have their own support advantages in intergenerational support.
