【摘要】：本文以未成年犯管教所為場域,對社會工作者的角色定位進行了研究。主要采用參與式觀察法,進入研究現(xiàn)場,通過訪談和問卷調(diào)查法搜集資料,在針對部分個體進行初步的具有社會工作性質(zhì)的實踐后,分析出與未成年犯監(jiān)獄矯正相關(guān)的個體或機構(gòu)存在的問題和需求,以存在的不足和需求為導(dǎo)向,得出社會工作者在未成年犯管教所中可行的角色定位,以及在管教所中踐行這些社會工作者的角色存在的困境。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)未成年犯管教所中主要存在的問題在未成年犯層面表現(xiàn)為不信任獄警、不向獄警表露自我,未成年犯衍生表露自我的需求,社會工作者以咨詢者的角色介入;未成年犯對未來無規(guī)劃使其需要專業(yè)人員指導(dǎo)其建立規(guī)劃,社會工作者應(yīng)對的角色為咨詢者。針對管教所層面,社會工作價值中立的工作者角色,使機構(gòu)需要專業(yè)的價值中立的社會中作者的需求;社會工作矯正工作的評估者角色,滿足了有效評估未成年犯的矯正成效、澄清未成年犯問題的需求;矯正工作者的輔助者角色,滿足了分單獄警部分工作、減少獄警工作量超負荷的需要。政策倡導(dǎo)者的角色,是滿足管教需要的資源以及相關(guān)政策的滿足。對于管教所機構(gòu)外層面,家庭與未成年犯間的溝通者角色是對家屬獲得未成年犯矯正相關(guān)信息的滿足,是對未成年犯與社會機構(gòu)間溝通,尋求資源需求的滿足;未成年犯社區(qū)矯正的計劃者角色是對矯正需要的社會工作專業(yè)人才的滿足。社會工作者介入未成年犯管教所的矯正工作在現(xiàn)實中也存在一些困境,這些困境一方面來自社會工作者本身,另一方面也來自社會。社會工作者本身帶來的角色困境主要為專業(yè)素養(yǎng)的不足、自身對社會工作的不認同;社會層面帶來的角色困境為社會對社會工作者的認同低、職業(yè)聲望低以及缺乏完善、健全的政策保障。通過本文對未成年犯管教所場域中的社會工作者的角色研究,理論上填補有關(guān)社會工作者角色研究的空缺,在一定程度也上擴展社會工作實務(wù)研究的領(lǐng)域;在實踐中,推動矯正社會工作實踐的發(fā)展,提高社會對社會工作的認同。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the role orientation of social workers in juvenile correctional institutions. It mainly adopts the participatory observation method, enters the research scene, collects the data through the interview and the questionnaire survey method, after carrying on the preliminary practice which has the social work nature to some individual, This paper analyzes the problems and needs of the individuals or institutions concerned with juvenile prison correction, and draws the feasible role orientation of social workers in juvenile correctional institutions, which is guided by the existing deficiencies and needs. And the dilemma of practicing the role of these social workers in correctional institutions. It is found that the main problems in juvenile correctional institutions are the distrust of prison guards, the lack of self-disclosure to prison guards, the emergence of self-disclosure needs of juvenile delinquents, and the involvement of social workers as counselors. Juvenile delinquents have no plans for the future so that they need professionals to guide them in their planning, and social workers have a role to play as consultants. In view of the role of social work value neutral workers in correctional institutions, which makes organizations need professional value neutral society, the role of evaluator of social work correction can satisfy the correction effect of juvenile delinquents. Clarifying the needs of juvenile delinquents; the role of adjuster of correctional workers meets the needs of partial work of prison guards and reduction of workload overload of prison officers. The role of policy advocates is the resources to meet the needs of discipline and the satisfaction of related policies. The role of communicator between family and juvenile delinquents is to satisfy their families to get information about juvenile delinquents' correction, to communicate with social institutions and to meet the needs of resources. The role of planners in community correction of juvenile delinquents is to meet the needs of social work professionals. There are some difficulties for social workers to intervene in correctional work of juvenile delinquents. These difficulties come from the social workers themselves on the one hand and from the society on the other. The role dilemma brought by social workers themselves is mainly the lack of professional accomplishment and their own disapproval of social work, and the role dilemma brought about by the social level is the low recognition of social workers, the low professional prestige and the lack of perfection. Sound policy support. Through the research on the role of social workers in juvenile correctional institutions, this paper theoretically fills up the gaps in the research of social workers' roles, and to some extent extends the field of social work practice. Promote the development of corrective social work practice, and improve the social identity of social work.
