【摘要】：目的了解新疆巴音郭楞蒙古自治州蒙古族留守兒童健康行為狀況及其影響因素,為該地區(qū)留守兒童的健康成長提供支持。方法隨機(jī)整群抽取巴音郭楞蒙古自治州的若羌縣、和靜縣、輪臺縣、尉犁縣、焉耆縣各2所小學(xué),共調(diào)查10所學(xué)校1 024名蒙古族小學(xué)生,對留守與非留守兒童的健康行為等因素進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果新疆巴州蒙古族留守兒童占67.29%(689/1 024),非留守兒童占32.71%(335/1 024)。巴州蒙古族留守兒童有關(guān)健康行為比例最高的為吃飯不按時(shí)(95.07%),其次為做家務(wù)中的刷碗(60.09%),比例最低的為做家務(wù)時(shí)間在3 h以上(1.89%);非留守兒童比例最高的也是吃飯不按時(shí)(94.03%),其次為做家務(wù)中的刷碗(65.97%),比例最低的為有過吸煙經(jīng)歷(3.28%)。結(jié)論應(yīng)進(jìn)一步重視巴州蒙古族留守兒童的健康相關(guān)行為,采取有效的健康干預(yù)措施提高留守兒童的健康狀況。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the health behavior of Mongolian left-behind children and its influencing factors in order to provide support for the healthy growth of left-behind children. Methods 1 024 Mongolian pupils in 10 schools were randomly selected from Ruoqiang, Hejing, Luntai, Yuli and Yanqi primary schools in Bayingruoleng Mongol Autonomous Prefecture. The health behavior of left-behind children was compared with that of non-left-behind children. Results 67.29% of Mongolian left-behind children accounted for 67.29% (67.29%), while non-left-behind children accounted for 32.71% (33.35%) 1024g%. The highest proportion of health behaviors of Mongolian left-behind children in Bazhou is not eating on time, followed by brushing the dishes in the housework 60.09, the lowest is doing housework in more than 3 hours, and the proportion of non-left-behind children is also that they do not eat. The second was the brush of the dishes in the household work 65.97 and the lowest in the proportion was the person who had smoked and had had the experience of smoking 3.28%. Conclusion We should pay more attention to the health related behaviors of Mongolian left-behind children in Bazhou and take effective health intervention measures to improve the health status of left-behind children.
