【摘要】：對權力的監(jiān)督往往會面臨權力的抵制,監(jiān)督權力成為一個世界性難題。本文從輿論視角探討我國政治運行中的獨特"一把手"權力監(jiān)督問題:梳理"一把手"監(jiān)督的制度困境、機制問題和媒體條件;探討"一把手"監(jiān)督的社會條件和可行性,進而提出通過輿論監(jiān)督一把手的重要價值、意義和方法論。
[Abstract]:Supervision of power is often faced with resistance of power, supervision power becomes a worldwide problem. In this paper, the author discusses the unique power supervision in the political operation of our country from the perspective of public opinion: combing the system dilemma, mechanism and media conditions of the supervision of the first head, and discussing the social conditions and feasibility of the supervision of the first head. Furthermore, it puts forward the important value, significance and methodology of supervision by public opinion.
