【摘要】：人的生命是世界上最寶貴、最神圣的生命之花,人對自身生命價值的追問,追問自身生命存在的意義,是人不斷走向成熟的標志,是人的生命力量在自身主體意識中的呈現(xiàn),是人的自我意識的覺醒。這本身就是人的精神歷險,就是人想自己的精神家園的回歸。 人的生命價值不是工具價值,而是生命的本體價值、目標價值和終極價值。對于人類自身來說,最為寶貴的就是生命,沒有了生命,其他的一切都無從談起。但是,現(xiàn)在的社會似乎對生命有些淡漠了。且不說地震、泥石流、水災(zāi)等自然災(zāi)害對人類生命的無情摧毀,人類自己對生命的漠視也越來越嚴重。近年來礦難安全事故頻頻發(fā)生,交通安全事故更是每天屢見不鮮,食品安全越來越成問題,自殺他殺事件也越來越多。特別是面對一些可以避免但沒有避免的人身安全事故發(fā)生的時候,真的很令人心痛。這些現(xiàn)象之所以存在,其原因是復(fù)雜的,一方面是由于經(jīng)濟利益的驅(qū)動,煤老板為了多挖煤,降低生產(chǎn)成本,安全設(shè)施不到位,安全意識淡薄,是導(dǎo)致礦難死亡的根本原因,食品安全事件的出現(xiàn),也是利益的驅(qū)動,另一方能則是管理漏洞太多,行業(yè)監(jiān)管力度不夠,威脅到人們的生命安全,特別是一些社會弱勢群體的生命安全得不到保障。除此之外,對生命價值的探討和研究,沒有成為理論研究和關(guān)注的重要內(nèi)容。價值哲學研究是我國學術(shù)研究的熱點之一,特別是價值觀的研究,與社會的進步和發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。但我們也應(yīng)該看到,在價值觀的研究方面,對生命價值和生命價值觀的研究,卻是比較薄弱的。 喚起人們的生命意識,關(guān)注生命現(xiàn)象,研究生命價值,確立正確的生命價值觀。引導(dǎo)社會正確對待生命的價值,改善社會弱勢群體的生活條件,提高廣大民眾的生命質(zhì)量,是社會管理部門的主要責任,也是哲學社會科學研究的重大使命。貫徹落實科學發(fā)展觀,建構(gòu)和諧社會,關(guān)注民生,最重要的就是要關(guān)注人的生命。只有把生命價值擺在首位,才能真正實現(xiàn)以人為本,全面發(fā)展的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。因此,我選取生命價值觀為研究課題,并結(jié)合大量的社會現(xiàn)實問題,對這一問題從理論上加以探討。 本文分為三大部分：第一部分首先闡述生命的基本含義和內(nèi)容,從而提出生命價值的科學內(nèi)涵和哲學內(nèi)涵,并就人的生命的內(nèi)容作詳細論述,其次,論述人的生命的內(nèi)容及特征,以便于對人的生命價值做出正確而科學的解釋；第二部分主要論述人的生命價值的構(gòu)成,人的生命價值是生命存在的價值為基礎(chǔ),以生活及其狀態(tài)的價值為主體,以生命發(fā)展和提升的價值為指向的價值。主要包括：1、生命安全與身體健康；2、人的生活的價值；3、人的生命發(fā)展和提升的價值；4、人的生命存在狀態(tài)的價值；最后一部分主要論述人的生命價值的實現(xiàn)途徑,分為三個部分,第一個部分論述人的生命價值實現(xiàn)的條件,分別是主體條件、客體條件、中介條件和環(huán)境條件；第二部分論述人的生命價值實現(xiàn)的內(nèi)容,分別是人的生命層次價值、人的生命屬性價值、人的生命功能價值、人的生命文化價值；第三部分主要是根據(jù)我國目前社會政治經(jīng)濟制度,意識形態(tài)對人的生命價值的影響,找出實現(xiàn)人的生命價值的具體途徑。

With the ruthless destruction of life like life, human ignorance of life is becoming more and more serious. In recent years, accidents in mine accidents have occurred frequently, traffic accidents are more frequent every day, food safety is becoming more and more problems and suicide homicide incidents are increasing. In particular, there are some personal safety accidents that can be avoided but not avoided. At the time, it is really heartache. The reason why these phenomena exist is complicated. On the one hand, because of the driving of economic benefits, coal owners in order to dig more coal, reduce the cost of production, the safety facilities are not in place, and the safety consciousness is weak. In addition, the study and Research on the value of life has not become an important content of theoretical research and attention. The value philosophy research is the hot spot of academic research in China. One of them, especially the study of values, is closely related to the progress and development of society. To arouse people's consciousness of life, to pay attention to the life phenomenon, to study the value of life, to establish the correct values of life, to guide the society to treat the value of life correctly, to improve the living conditions of the social disadvantaged group and to improve the quality of life of the masses, is the main responsibility of the social management department, and also a major mission of the research of philosophy and social science. To implement Scientific Outlook on Development, build a harmonious society and pay attention to the people's livelihood, the most important thing is to pay attention to human life. Only by putting the value of life in the first place can we truly realize the development strategy of human centered and comprehensive development. Therefore, I choose the life values as a research topic and combine a large number of social reality problems to the problem from the theory. Discuss it.
