【摘要】：人的生命是世界上最寶貴、最神圣的生命之花,人對(duì)自身生命價(jià)值的追問(wèn),追問(wèn)自身生命存在的意義,是人不斷走向成熟的標(biāo)志,是人的生命力量在自身主體意識(shí)中的呈現(xiàn),是人的自我意識(shí)的覺(jué)醒。這本身就是人的精神歷險(xiǎn),就是人想自己的精神家園的回歸。 人的生命價(jià)值不是工具價(jià)值,而是生命的本體價(jià)值、目標(biāo)價(jià)值和終極價(jià)值。對(duì)于人類自身來(lái)說(shuō),最為寶貴的就是生命,沒(méi)有了生命,其他的一切都無(wú)從談起。但是,現(xiàn)在的社會(huì)似乎對(duì)生命有些淡漠了。且不說(shuō)地震、泥石流、水災(zāi)等自然災(zāi)害對(duì)人類生命的無(wú)情摧毀,人類自己對(duì)生命的漠視也越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重。近年來(lái)礦難安全事故頻頻發(fā)生,交通安全事故更是每天屢見(jiàn)不鮮,食品安全越來(lái)越成問(wèn)題,自殺他殺事件也越來(lái)越多。特別是面對(duì)一些可以避免但沒(méi)有避免的人身安全事故發(fā)生的時(shí)候,真的很令人心痛。這些現(xiàn)象之所以存在,其原因是復(fù)雜的,一方面是由于經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的驅(qū)動(dòng),煤老板為了多挖煤,降低生產(chǎn)成本,安全設(shè)施不到位,安全意識(shí)淡薄,是導(dǎo)致礦難死亡的根本原因,食品安全事件的出現(xiàn),也是利益的驅(qū)動(dòng),另一方能則是管理漏洞太多,行業(yè)監(jiān)管力度不夠,威脅到人們的生命安全,特別是一些社會(huì)弱勢(shì)群體的生命安全得不到保障。除此之外,對(duì)生命價(jià)值的探討和研究,沒(méi)有成為理論研究和關(guān)注的重要內(nèi)容。價(jià)值哲學(xué)研究是我國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)研究的熱點(diǎn)之一,特別是價(jià)值觀的研究,與社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。但我們也應(yīng)該看到,在價(jià)值觀的研究方面,對(duì)生命價(jià)值和生命價(jià)值觀的研究,卻是比較薄弱的。 喚起人們的生命意識(shí),關(guān)注生命現(xiàn)象,研究生命價(jià)值,確立正確的生命價(jià)值觀。引導(dǎo)社會(huì)正確對(duì)待生命的價(jià)值,改善社會(huì)弱勢(shì)群體的生活條件,提高廣大民眾的生命質(zhì)量,是社會(huì)管理部門的主要責(zé)任,也是哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)研究的重大使命。貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,建構(gòu)和諧社會(huì),關(guān)注民生,最重要的就是要關(guān)注人的生命。只有把生命價(jià)值擺在首位,才能真正實(shí)現(xiàn)以人為本,全面發(fā)展的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。因此,我選取生命價(jià)值觀為研究課題,并結(jié)合大量的社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,對(duì)這一問(wèn)題從理論上加以探討。 本文分為三大部分：第一部分首先闡述生命的基本含義和內(nèi)容,從而提出生命價(jià)值的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵和哲學(xué)內(nèi)涵,并就人的生命的內(nèi)容作詳細(xì)論述,其次,論述人的生命的內(nèi)容及特征,以便于對(duì)人的生命價(jià)值做出正確而科學(xué)的解釋；第二部分主要論述人的生命價(jià)值的構(gòu)成,人的生命價(jià)值是生命存在的價(jià)值為基礎(chǔ),以生活及其狀態(tài)的價(jià)值為主體,以生命發(fā)展和提升的價(jià)值為指向的價(jià)值。主要包括：1、生命安全與身體健康；2、人的生活的價(jià)值；3、人的生命發(fā)展和提升的價(jià)值；4、人的生命存在狀態(tài)的價(jià)值；最后一部分主要論述人的生命價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑,分為三個(gè)部分,第一個(gè)部分論述人的生命價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的條件,分別是主體條件、客體條件、中介條件和環(huán)境條件；第二部分論述人的生命價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的內(nèi)容,分別是人的生命層次價(jià)值、人的生命屬性價(jià)值、人的生命功能價(jià)值、人的生命文化價(jià)值；第三部分主要是根據(jù)我國(guó)目前社會(huì)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)制度,意識(shí)形態(tài)對(duì)人的生命價(jià)值的影響,找出實(shí)現(xiàn)人的生命價(jià)值的具體途徑。

To arouse people's consciousness of life, to pay attention to the life phenomenon, to study the value of life, to establish the correct values of life, to guide the society to treat the value of life correctly, to improve the living conditions of the social disadvantaged group and to improve the quality of life of the masses, is the main responsibility of the social management department, and also a major mission of the research of philosophy and social science. To implement Scientific Outlook on Development, build a harmonious society and pay attention to the people's livelihood, the most important thing is to pay attention to human life. Only by putting the value of life in the first place can we truly realize the development strategy of human centered and comprehensive development. Therefore, I choose the life values as a research topic and combine a large number of social reality problems to the problem from the theory. Discuss it.
