【摘要】：本文從"輿情風(fēng)貌描繪"、"輿論成因探究"、"民意測(cè)量方法"等方面,對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論研究的部分代表性成果予以總體批評(píng):網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論研究在"人的轉(zhuǎn)向"趨勢(shì)下,不僅存在治理路徑依賴(lài)、學(xué)科路徑依賴(lài)和數(shù)據(jù)工具依賴(lài)等固有局限,還面臨著"人腦黑箱"的新挑戰(zhàn);已有研究無(wú)法對(duì)復(fù)雜、多元的主體符號(hào)實(shí)踐進(jìn)行多維的動(dòng)態(tài)分析和動(dòng)因詮釋。文章嘗試引入復(fù)雜科學(xué)理論及方法論,將網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論視為"復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)",從問(wèn)題域、研究層次、方法論三個(gè)方面指出網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論研究范式轉(zhuǎn)向的可能與路徑。
[Abstract]:From the aspects of "description of public opinion", "study of the cause of formation of public opinion", "method of public opinion measurement" and so on, this paper makes a general criticism of some representative achievements in the study of Internet public opinion in contemporary China: the research of network public opinion is under the trend of "human's turn". There are not only the inherent limitations of governance path dependence, discipline path dependence and data tool dependence, but also the new challenges of "human brain black box". Multi-dimensional dynamic analysis and explanation of motivation are carried out in the practice of multi-dimensional main body symbol. This paper attempts to introduce the theory and methodology of complex science, regards network public opinion as a "complex system", and points out the possibility and path of the paradigm shift of network public opinion research from three aspects: problem domain, research level and methodology.
