【摘要】：本研究以兩地分居軍人家庭為研究對(duì)象,通過質(zhì)性研究探討了兩地分居對(duì)軍人家庭的影響、兩地分居狀態(tài)下軍人家庭面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子、擁有的保護(hù)因子、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子與保護(hù)因子的相互作用下兩地分居軍人家庭的抗逆力類型等問題。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),兩地分居對(duì)軍人家庭的影響包括四個(gè)方面:影響家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的健全,影響照顧、情感、生育、教養(yǎng)、贍養(yǎng)等家庭功能的發(fā)揮,影響家庭溝通的順暢,影響家庭的社會(huì)交往。兩地分居狀態(tài)下,軍人家庭可能面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子除了兩地分居對(duì)軍人家庭產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面影響外,還包括以下七點(diǎn):經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力、重大疾病、夫妻感情基礎(chǔ)脆弱、消極信念系統(tǒng)、家人不理解、家庭矛盾累積、社會(huì)支持薄弱等方面。本研究從家庭抗逆力視角來闡述兩地分居軍人家庭的保護(hù)因子:第一,家庭信念系統(tǒng)的保護(hù)因子主要有:愛和感情是能夠堅(jiān)持兩地分居的基礎(chǔ);對(duì)兩地分居生活已有心理預(yù)期;對(duì)兩地分居的原因及生活安排在家庭內(nèi)部已達(dá)成共識(shí);賦予兩地分居以意義;對(duì)生活的正面展望和在壓力中超越升華。第二,家庭組織模式的保護(hù)因子主要有:家庭秩序與家庭彈性的平衡;家庭凝聚力和包容性的家庭氛圍;家庭所擁有的資源與社會(huì)支持。第三,家庭溝通過程的保護(hù)因子主要有:家庭內(nèi)部清晰的溝通;家庭成員情感的分享;家庭成員能夠協(xié)商與妥協(xié)。根據(jù)兩地分居軍人家庭風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子與保護(hù)因子的作用情況以及抵抗壓力的狀況,本研究將接受訪談家庭的抗逆力分為四種類型:超越升華型、淡定自處型、積極求解型、脆弱不穩(wěn)型。研究建議,在培養(yǎng)和提高兩地分居軍人家庭抗逆力的實(shí)務(wù)環(huán)節(jié),既要加強(qiáng)對(duì)兩地分居軍人家庭的社會(huì)支持,減少風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子;又要幫助兩地分居軍人家庭發(fā)掘家庭優(yōu)勢(shì),增強(qiáng)保護(hù)因子。研究提出六點(diǎn)實(shí)務(wù)對(duì)策:第一,倡導(dǎo)頂層政策設(shè)計(jì),發(fā)展軍隊(duì)社會(huì)工作;第二,納入基層服務(wù)體系,有效對(duì)接軍地資源;第三,提供親職教育服務(wù),提高親職教育效能;第四,輔導(dǎo)婚姻家庭關(guān)系,增進(jìn)家庭內(nèi)部和諧;第五,豐富社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò),促進(jìn)社會(huì)支持利用;第六,發(fā)掘家庭自身潛能,增強(qiáng)家庭保護(hù)因子。
[Abstract]:In this study, we studied the effects of separation on military families, the risk factors and the protective factors of military families under the condition of separation. Under the interaction of risk factors and protection factors, the types of resistance of separated military families in both places are discussed. The study found that the impact of separation on the military family includes four aspects: affecting the integrity of the family structure, affecting care, emotional, reproductive, upbringing, maintenance and other family functions, affecting the smooth family communication. Social interaction affecting the family. Apart from the negative impact of separation on military families, the following seven risk factors may be faced by military families: economic stress, major illness, weak emotional base of husband and wife, and negative belief system. Family does not understand, family conflicts accumulate, social support is weak and so on. This study from the perspective of family resilience to explain the family protection factors of separated soldiers in both places: first, the main protection factors of family belief system are: love and feelings can adhere to the separation of the two places, there are psychological expectations of living apart between the two places; A consensus has been reached on the causes and living arrangements of the separation within the family; giving meaning to the separation; a positive outlook on life and surpassing sublimation under pressure. Secondly, the protection factors of the family organization model are as follows: balance between family order and family elasticity, family cohesion and inclusive family atmosphere, resources and social support owned by the family. Thirdly, the protective factors of the family communication process mainly include: clear communication within the family; emotional sharing among the family members; and the ability of the family members to negotiate and compromise. According to the function of family risk factor and protection factor and the condition of resisting pressure, this study divides the resistance of interviewed family into four types: transcending sublimation type, calming type, active solving type, and so on. Fragile instability. The study suggests that in the practice of cultivating and improving the resilience of the families of separated servicemen in both places, it is necessary to strengthen social support to families of separated servicemen of both places and to reduce risk factors, and to help families of separated servicemen in both places to explore their family advantages. Enhanced protection factor.
