【摘要】：以1993～2009年哲學(xué)學(xué)科立項(xiàng)的國(guó)家社科基金項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)為研究對(duì)象發(fā)現(xiàn):哲學(xué)學(xué)科在國(guó)家社科基金項(xiàng)目中屬于傳統(tǒng)強(qiáng)勢(shì)學(xué)科,研究力量和人員人數(shù)明顯超過其他學(xué)科,處于顯學(xué)位置;哲學(xué)國(guó)家社科基金項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)數(shù)整體上呈上升之勢(shì),但所占國(guó)家社科基金總立項(xiàng)數(shù)的比例逐步降低;研究項(xiàng)目的地域呈既分散又集中的趨勢(shì);高校在哲學(xué)研究中扮演著不可動(dòng)搖的主力軍角色。如何實(shí)現(xiàn)中西馬等各個(gè)二級(jí)學(xué)科之間、一般理論研究與哲學(xué)史研究之間、基礎(chǔ)理論研究與現(xiàn)實(shí)研究之間的相互理解與分工合作,如何處理好哲學(xué)的中國(guó)化與世界化之間的關(guān)系,共同為漢語(yǔ)哲學(xué)的繁榮發(fā)展作出各自的貢獻(xiàn),是當(dāng)今中國(guó)哲學(xué)工作者所面臨的一個(gè)最大課題。對(duì)于哲學(xué)這種人文基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科,應(yīng)適當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)變項(xiàng)目支持的方式,加大對(duì)哲學(xué)的后期滾動(dòng)資助項(xiàng)目、優(yōu)秀成果文庫(kù)項(xiàng)目、中華學(xué)術(shù)外譯項(xiàng)目等新資助方式的投入,提高成果的精品率。
[Abstract]:Taking the data of the National Social Science Foundation project from 1993 to 2009 as the research object, it is found that the philosophy discipline belongs to the traditional strong discipline in the national social science fund project, and the research strength and the number of personnel are obviously higher than the other subjects, so they are in the prominent position; On the whole, the number of social science fund projects in philosophy is on the rise, but the proportion of the total number of social science projects in the national social science fund is gradually decreasing, and the research projects have a tendency of both dispersion and concentration. Colleges and universities play an unshakable role in philosophical research. How to realize the mutual understanding and cooperation between the general theoretical research and the history of philosophy, between the basic theoretical research and the practical research, and how to handle the relationship between the Sinicization and the cosmopolitzation of philosophy, and how to realize the mutual understanding and cooperation between the secondary disciplines, such as China and West Malaysia, between the general theoretical research and the study of the history of philosophy. To make their own contribution to the prosperity and development of Chinese philosophy is the biggest task facing the Chinese philosophy workers. For philosophy as a basic subject of humanities, we should change the way of project support, increase the input of new funding methods such as rolling project of philosophy, excellent achievement library project, Chinese academic translation project and so on, so as to improve the quality rate of the results.
