【摘要】：殘疾人的生存狀況一直受到政府和社會的廣泛關注。我國政府主導的殘疾人事業(yè)建設取得了巨大成就,同時也出現(xiàn)了許多問題。民間助殘組織的加入,有效地彌補了政府功能的不足,進一步促進了殘疾人服務事業(yè)的發(fā)展。缺乏資金是民間助殘組織發(fā)展面臨的主要問題。本文通過對福建省同人助殘志愿者服務中心利用慈善資源的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題進行闡述,結合慈善介入殘疾人工作的可行性分析,提出慈善介入殘疾人工作問題的相關建議。本文認為民間助殘組織要解決資金缺乏、資金來源渠道單一的問題,應積極挖掘助殘組織身邊的慈善資源,包括來自慈善基金會、企業(yè)、個人、宗教組織、民間信仰宮廟等方面的慈善捐贈,擴展資金來源渠道,積極利用慈善力量促進助殘組織的發(fā)展。要解決慈善介入殘疾人工作中存在的問題,應加強慈善組織與助殘組織建設,加強慈善思想與助殘思想宣傳,推動慈善助殘活動的科學化、專業(yè)化發(fā)展,并積極引入社會工作專業(yè)人才,提升助殘組織運用慈善資源為殘疾人服務的能力。
[Abstract]:The living conditions of the disabled have been widely concerned by the government and the society. The construction of the disabled people led by the government of our country has made great achievements and many problems have appeared at the same time. The participation of the non-governmental disabled disabled organizations has effectively made up the insufficiency of the government's function and further promoted the development of the service for the disabled. The main problems faced by the development of the disabled disabled organizations are discussed in this paper. Through the elaboration of the present situation and existing problems of the use of charitable resources in the service center of the disabled volunteers in Fujian Province, and combining with the feasibility analysis of the work of the disabled for the disabled, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions for the work of the disabled to the disabled. In order to solve the problem of lack of funds and a single source of sources of funds, we should actively excavate charitable resources around the disabled organizations, including charitable donations from charitable foundations, enterprises, individuals, religious organizations and the temple of folk belief, expand the sources of funds, and actively use charitable forces to promote the development of the disabled organizations. The problems existing in the work of the disabled should strengthen the construction of the charity organization and the disabled organization, strengthen the propaganda of the thought of charity and the thought of helping the disabled, promote the scientific and professional development of the charity disabled activities, and actively introduce the professional talents of the social work, and improve the ability of the disabled organizations to serve the disabled by charitable sources.
