【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)人口老齡化程度的不斷加深、人口流動(dòng)性的增強(qiáng),以及社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型和經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,家庭結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了顯著變化,形成了一個(gè)新的群體——空巢老人�？粘怖先瞬⒉粌H僅是單一的養(yǎng)老問題,由于其群體的龐大,涉及成千上萬個(gè)家庭,已成了一個(gè)具有重大影響的社會(huì)問題。因此,針對(duì)這一群體存在問題的分析和研究,具有十分重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。本文在相關(guān)概念界定的基礎(chǔ)上,以社會(huì)工作“助人自助”的核心理念為指導(dǎo),以專業(yè)工作理論為支持,以個(gè)案工作方法為手段,以邯鄲市T社區(qū)某空巢老人為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)個(gè)案工作介入城市空巢老人精神慰藉的相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行了探討。首先對(duì)空巢老人基本情況進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)論述,然后詳細(xì)介紹了個(gè)案工作介入的具體過程。在對(duì)整個(gè)介入過程進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,得出了幾點(diǎn)重要結(jié)論與啟示。通過老人的反饋和社工的自我評(píng)估發(fā)現(xiàn),個(gè)案工作方法有益于解決城市空巢老人的精神慰藉問題�？粘怖先送ㄟ^參與社工制定的活動(dòng),其部分精神需求得到一定的滿足,并在活動(dòng)中建立了社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò),孤獨(dú)寂寞感得到緩解。通過深度挖掘案主自身、外部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì),呼吁社會(huì)更多團(tuán)體關(guān)注空巢老人。本文屬于個(gè)案工作介入空巢老人的探索性研究,得出的結(jié)論也許并不具有普適性,但希望能夠在幫助空巢老人擺脫精神慰藉困境方面提供一點(diǎn)參考。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the aging of the population, the enhancement of the mobility of the population, the social transformation and the rapid economic development, the family structure has changed significantly, forming a new group, the empty nest elderly. The empty nest elderly is not only a single old-age problem, because of its large group, involving thousands of families, It has become a social problem with great influence. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze and study the problems of this group. On the basis of the definition of relevant concepts, this paper is guided by the core concept of "helping people self-help" in social work, supported by the theory of professional work, and the case work side. By means of the method, taking an empty nest old man in the T community of Handan as the research object, this paper discusses the related problems of the case work involved in the mental solace of the empty nest elderly in the city. First, the basic situation of the empty nest elderly is discussed in detail, and then the specific process of the case work is introduced in detail. On the basis of the conclusion, some important conclusions and revelations are drawn. Through the feedback from the elderly and the self-assessment of social workers, the case work method is useful to solve the spiritual comfort problem of the empty nest elderly in the city. Support the network, loneliness and loneliness can be alleviated. Through the depth mining case, the external advantages, appealed to more social groups to pay attention to the empty nest elderly. This article belongs to the exploratory study of the case work involved in the empty nest elderly, and the conclusion may not be universal, but hope can help empty nest elderly to get rid of the spiritual comfort dilemma.
