【摘要】：青少年的“網(wǎng)癮”問題已經(jīng)是一個(gè)被普遍關(guān)注的社會問題,嚴(yán)重影響了青少年的健康成長。要有效解決青少年的“網(wǎng)癮”問題,就需要社會工作的專業(yè)性介入。社會工作如何有效地介入“網(wǎng)癮”青少年問題,已成為構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會實(shí)踐中的一個(gè)亟待解決的重大現(xiàn)實(shí)課題。 本研究立足于“人在情景中”理論和推拉理論的分析視角,運(yùn)用社會工作中定性分析的個(gè)案研究方法對“網(wǎng)癮”青少年的社會工作介入模式做了理論和實(shí)踐探索。通過對社會工作介入“網(wǎng)癮”青少年的影響因素分析,介紹了“網(wǎng)癮”青少年的特殊性和對社會工作模式的綜合探討,提出適合社會工作介入“網(wǎng)癮”青少年的四個(gè)服務(wù)模式,為社會工作介入“網(wǎng)癮”青少年提出實(shí)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。并且在具體的個(gè)案工作的實(shí)務(wù)操作和模式構(gòu)建中用案主的語言說明問題,力求研究過程和結(jié)果的科學(xué)性、指導(dǎo)性和可操作性。 社會工作介入“網(wǎng)癮”青少年研究通過對影響因素的社會工作服務(wù)對象和社會工作服務(wù)模式的分析,構(gòu)建了任務(wù)中心模式、家庭治療模式、社會支持模式和行為治療模式四種介入模式。通過研究得出社會工作者對介入“網(wǎng)癮”青少年工作的實(shí)務(wù)操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：根據(jù)個(gè)案的特殊性來選擇介入模式、根據(jù)個(gè)案的針對性來指導(dǎo)具體操作、慎重使用強(qiáng)制性服務(wù)、堅(jiān)持“助人自助”的工作理念等,為構(gòu)建本土化的社會工作方法和更好的介入“網(wǎng)癮”青少年提供實(shí)踐支持。
[Abstract]:The problem of teenagers'Internet addiction has been a social problem which has seriously affected the healthy growth of teenagers. To solve the problem of internet addiction of teenagers effectively, we need the professional intervention of social work. How to effectively intervene in the problem of "internet addiction" has become an important practical issue in the practice of constructing a harmonious socialist society. Based on the theory of "people in the situation" and the theory of push-pull, this study makes a theoretical and practical exploration on the social work intervention model of "Internet addiction" teenagers by using the case study method of qualitative analysis in social work. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of social work intervention in "internet addiction", this paper introduces the particularity of "network addiction" teenagers and the comprehensive discussion of social work model, and puts forward four service models suitable for social work to intervene in "network addiction" teenagers. Put forward practical experience for social work involved in "Internet addiction" teenagers. And in the concrete case work practice operation and the pattern construction uses the victim's language to explain the question, strives for the research process and the result scientific, the guidance and the maneuverability. The study on Social work involvement in Internet Addiction by analyzing the social work service object and the social work service model, the task center model, the family treatment model, are constructed. Social support model and behavioral therapy model four intervention models. Through the research, we can find out the practical operation experience of social workers involved in the work of "Internet addiction" teenagers: according to the particularity of the case to choose the intervention mode, according to the pertinence of the case to guide the specific operation, careful use of compulsory services, Adhere to the working concept of "helping others to help themselves", and provide practical support for the construction of local social work methods and better intervention of "Internet addiction" teenagers.
