【摘要】：女性職業(yè)生涯研究是職業(yè)生涯研究的重要組成部分。本論文采用質(zhì)性研究中的敘事研究方法,以一位職業(yè)女性的生涯轉(zhuǎn)換歷程為解讀對象,從家庭生活、求學(xué)經(jīng)歷和生涯轉(zhuǎn)換歷程三個方面再現(xiàn)她的人生故事,并在此基礎(chǔ)上探討影響其生涯轉(zhuǎn)換的內(nèi)外在因素,以期引發(fā)人們對職業(yè)女性尤其是年輕女性生涯發(fā)展中個人、家庭、社會等一系列影響因素的關(guān)注和思考。 全文共分為四章。第一章為緒論,交待研究動機(jī)；明確研究目的、問題及研究設(shè)計。第二章分別從女性生涯發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論、影響女性生涯發(fā)展的相關(guān)因素和生涯轉(zhuǎn)換相關(guān)理論三個方面進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)探討。第三章為訪談對象生涯發(fā)展的文本呈現(xiàn)和解讀。第四章在第三章的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行總結(jié)、反思以及就一些結(jié)論提出的相關(guān)建議。 本論文的結(jié)論有：1、當(dāng)代的職業(yè)女性比以往時代的女性有更多的生涯發(fā)展機(jī)會。2、家庭教育影響個體對自我概念的認(rèn)同以及其對工作的態(tài)度。3、學(xué)校里的教育理念影響個體的生涯發(fā)展方向。4、自我反思是促進(jìn)個體生涯轉(zhuǎn)換的重要因素。5、家人的支持是影響女性生涯發(fā)展的重要關(guān)鍵；6、當(dāng)代女性要注重工作場所的學(xué)習(xí)。
[Abstract]:Female career research is an important part of career research. This thesis adopts the narrative research method of qualitative research, taking the career transition course of a professional woman as the reading object, reproducing her life story from three aspects of family life, study experience and career transition process. On this basis, this paper discusses the internal and external factors that affect the career transition, in order to arouse people's concern and thinking about a series of influencing factors, such as individual, family, society and so on, in the career development of professional women, especially young women. The full text is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, explaining the research motivation, clarifying the research purpose, problems and research design. The second chapter discusses the related theories of female career development, the related factors affecting female career development and the related theory of career transition. The third chapter is the text presentation and interpretation of the career development of the interviewees. The fourth chapter summarizes the third chapter, reflects on some conclusions and puts forward some relevant suggestions. The conclusion of this thesis is: 1: 1, professional women have more chances of career development than women in the past, family education affects the identity of individuals to self-concept and their attitude towards work .3. the influence of educational ideas in school The direction of individual career development. 4. Self-reflection is an important factor to promote the change of individual career. The support of family is an important key to the development of female career. The contemporary women should pay attention to the study of the workplace.
