【摘要】：長期以來,統(tǒng)計機構(gòu)對小微商業(yè)調(diào)查的研究多集中在抽樣方法的選擇、運用和優(yōu)化上,在非抽樣誤差方面的討論并不多。本文結(jié)合福州市小微商業(yè)調(diào)查的長期實踐成果,對非抽樣誤差的來源、現(xiàn)行制度中采用的控制方法與其局限進行全面闡述和深入分析,并提出在現(xiàn)有條件下的應(yīng)對策略和相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the research on small and micro business surveys in statistical institutions has focused on the selection, application and optimization of sampling methods, and there is not much discussion on non-sampling errors. Combined with the long-term practical results of the small and micro commercial survey in Fuzhou, this paper comprehensively expounds and deeply analyzes the sources of non-sampling errors, the control methods adopted in the current system and their limitations. And put forward under the existing conditions of the coping strategy and related recommendations.
