個案工作介入家庭教養(yǎng)對兒童行為方式的影響

【摘要】:當前,傳統(tǒng)的家庭教育正在發(fā)生翻天覆地的變化。以往的研究中往往認為家庭教養(yǎng)對青少年行為方式的影響是一種完全內(nèi)部的家庭行為,外部介入因素影響不大。通過之前的項目實踐,實習期間對兒童社會工作的經(jīng)驗,以及課外兼職活動中對青少年的大量接觸,發(fā)現(xiàn)社工介入后對青少年的性格特質(zhì),行為習慣,學習生活方式往往會產(chǎn)生深刻的影響,這種介入與家庭教養(yǎng)影響兒童行為方式之間有一種正相關(guān)的關(guān)聯(lián)。課題從社工介入入手,通過詳實的個案研究,探討改善家庭教養(yǎng)方式對兒童行為方式的影響。對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)父母教養(yǎng)方式研究現(xiàn)狀梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,明確了研究目的和思路;并且查閱文獻找出教養(yǎng)方式可能出現(xiàn)的問題和不利于兒童成長的影響因素,基于此,社會工作介入才是必要和有實際意義的。根據(jù)文獻總結(jié)出的問題和案主的情況進行比較,把介入前后案主的行為方式進行對比分析是本研究介入成果的體現(xiàn)。個案工作介入典型案例是研究方法。通過對樣本家庭個案工作實務的記錄、分析與反思,觀察父母教養(yǎng)方式對兒童社會行為發(fā)展的影響,從接觸,遞進,轉(zhuǎn)變和鞏固評估幾個階段來詳細記錄個案工作的全過程;并在對個案工作實務進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對父母教養(yǎng)方式對青少年社會行為的影響進行再分析,并提出了一些對策建議,并且得出結(jié)論并進行反思。通過介入前后兒童行為變化的對比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)社工介入家庭教養(yǎng)方式的改變,對兒童的行為會產(chǎn)生積極影響;溝通有助于建立良好的親子關(guān)系;親子關(guān)系的良好有利于兒童的行為變化;相比于其他三種教養(yǎng)方式,權(quán)威性教養(yǎng)方式可以通過家長的不斷學習得以掌握。通過個案的介入,給家長提供更科學合理的方式引導和教育兒童的社會化行為,為兒童的全面健康發(fā)展提供更加有益的家庭生活環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:At present, the traditional family education is undergoing earth-shaking changes. Previous studies often think that the influence of family upbringing on adolescents' behavior is a kind of completely internal family behavior, but the influence of external intervention factors is not significant. Through previous project practice, experience in children's social work during internship, and extensive contact with teenagers in extracurricular part-time activities, we found that social workers' personality traits and behavior habits were affected by social workers' intervention. Learning lifestyle often has a profound impact, and there is a positive correlation between this intervention and the influence of family rearing on children's behavior. Starting with the intervention of social workers, this paper discusses the influence of improving family rearing style on children's behavior through detailed case study. On the basis of combing the current situation of the research on parental rearing style at home and abroad, this paper clarifies the purpose and thinking of the research, and looks up the literature to find out the possible problems of parenting style and the influencing factors that are not conducive to the growth of children. Social work intervention is necessary and meaningful. According to the problems summarized in the literature and the situation of the victim, the behavior of the victim before and after intervention is the embodiment of the results of intervention. Case work intervention is a typical case study method. Through the record, analysis and reflection of the sample family case work practice, the influence of parental rearing style on children's social behavior development was observed, and the whole process of case work was recorded in detail from several stages of contact, progression, transformation and evaluation. On the basis of the analysis of case work practice, this paper reanalyzes the influence of parental rearing style on teenagers' social behavior, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, and draws a conclusion and carries on reflection. Through the comparative analysis of children's behavior changes before and after intervention, it is found that the change of social workers' intervention in family rearing style will have a positive impact on children's behavior, and communication will help to establish a good parent-child relationship. The good parent-child relationship is conducive to children's behavior change, compared with the other three rearing styles, authoritative parenting style can be mastered through parents' continuous learning. Through the intervention of individual cases, it provides parents with more scientific and reasonable ways to guide and educate children's socialization behavior, and provides a more beneficial family living environment for children's overall and healthy development.
