【摘要】：文章以服務(wù)利用行為模型為分析框架,運用二元logistic回歸模型,從老年人的傾向因素、使能因素以及需要因素三個方面考察老年人居家照料服務(wù)利用的影響因素及其表現(xiàn)出的城鄉(xiāng)差異。結(jié)果表明,居家照料服務(wù)供給、戶籍類型、是否認為自己是家庭的負擔、年齡、IADL總分對老年人居家照料服務(wù)的利用具有顯著影響。同時,城鄉(xiāng)老年人在居家照料服務(wù)利用的影響因素上存在顯著差異。
[Abstract]:Based on the service use behavior model and the binary logistic regression model, this paper analyzes the tendency factors of the elderly. The factors affecting the utilization of home care services of the elderly and their differences between urban and rural areas were investigated from three aspects: enabling factors and need factors. The results showed that the supply of home care service, the type of household registration, whether they considered themselves the burden of the family, and the total score of IADL had a significant influence on the utilization of home care services for the elderly. At the same time, there are significant differences between urban and rural elderly in the use of home care services.
