【摘要】：代際互助是中國(guó)家庭的重要傳統(tǒng),在"二孩生育"問題上,父代能否承擔(dān)孫子女照料是決定子代家庭生育二孩的重要條件�；诋�(dāng)下隔代照料類型的差異,論文提出了"候鳥型照料"和"留守型照料"兩種過渡形態(tài)的照料模式,前一種照料模式以老年流動(dòng)為前提;后一種照料模式是以兒童留守為前提。兩種照料模式都是基于節(jié)約家庭撫育成本的策略安排。論文利用2015年北京市青年人口發(fā)展?fàn)顩r調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)研究表明,"候鳥型"照料模式確實(shí)在一定程度上提高了城市青年夫婦生育二孩的意愿,但其強(qiáng)度和穩(wěn)定性低于"長(zhǎng)期共居型"的照料。而"留守型"照料對(duì)二孩生育意愿產(chǎn)生了逆向的作用,采取留守型照料的青年夫婦相對(duì)排斥生育二孩,城市化過程中弱勢(shì)群體在生育行為上越來越趨于保守。論文認(rèn)為逐漸完善"候鳥型"老年群體的福利安排,對(duì)于二孩生育問題也將起到重要的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Intergenerational mutual aid is an important tradition of Chinese families. On the issue of "two-child fertility", whether the father can bear the care of the grandchildren is an important condition to decide whether the children of the second generation have two children. Based on the difference of current alternative care types, the paper puts forward two transitional care modes: "migratory bird care" and "left-behind care", the former based on the mobility of the elderly. The latter kind of care mode is based on the premise of children staying behind. Both modes of care are based on the strategic arrangement of saving the family upbringing cost. Based on the data of the 2015 Beijing Youth population Survey, the paper shows that the "migratory bird type" care model does to some extent improve the willingness of urban young couples to have a second child. But its intensity and stability are lower than that of long-term cohabitation. However, the "left-behind" care has a reverse effect on the desire of the second child. The young couple who take the left-behind care are relatively excluded from giving birth to the second child. In the process of urbanization, the vulnerable groups tend to be more and more conservative in their reproductive behavior. The paper thinks that gradually perfecting the welfare arrangement of the "migratory bird" elderly group will also play an important role in promoting the problem of second-child fertility.
