【摘要】：冪次法則是普遍存在于自然科學(xué)和社會(huì)科學(xué)界的現(xiàn)象,而城市位序—規(guī)模法則是冪次法則在城市科學(xué)中的體現(xiàn)之一,然而特定城市規(guī)模分布一直缺乏完整的解釋。本文嘗試結(jié)合城市增長(zhǎng)過程中土地開發(fā)行為的報(bào)酬遞增規(guī)則與土地開發(fā)主體的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知行為,以城市增長(zhǎng)的微觀過程為切入視角模擬宏觀城市聚落演化過程,進(jìn)而探討風(fēng)險(xiǎn)態(tài)度對(duì)城市聚落形態(tài),尤其是對(duì)其規(guī)模分布的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)即使城市聚落演化過程中存在多種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)態(tài)度,冪次法則在城市聚落的規(guī)模分布中仍保持著穩(wěn)健性;(2)現(xiàn)實(shí)世界中城市聚落規(guī)模分布的變異和穩(wěn)定可能來自城市主體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)態(tài)度的多樣性。
[Abstract]:Power law is a common phenomenon in natural science and social science, while the law of city order and scale is one of the embodiment of power law in urban science. However, the distribution of specific city scale has not been fully explained. This paper attempts to combine the rules of increasing returns of land development behavior and the risk cognition behavior of land developers in the process of urban growth, and take the microscopic process of urban growth as the angle of view to simulate the evolution process of macro-urban settlements. Then the influence of risk attitude on urban settlement morphology, especially on its scale distribution is discussed. The results show that even though there are multiple risk attitudes in the evolution of urban settlements, The power law still maintains robustness in the scale distribution of urban settlements (2) the variation and stability of urban settlement scale distribution in the real world may come from the diversity of risk attitude of urban subjects.
