【摘要】：同妻群體是一個特殊且隱蔽的弱勢群體,她們孤獨(dú)而又少為人知,面臨著種種生活困境卻孤立無援。本文試圖將一種社會工作的新形式——網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會工作引入到同妻領(lǐng)域,結(jié)合兩者的特性,指出網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會工作介入其中的契合性,通過專業(yè)化與職業(yè)化的服務(wù)加大對同妻群體的幫助,促使其達(dá)到生活重建的目標(biāo)。本研究采用質(zhì)性研究的方法,對同妻群體活躍的網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)進(jìn)行長期的虛擬田野觀察,發(fā)現(xiàn)且挖掘出了那些充分利用自身優(yōu)勢為現(xiàn)同妻提供志愿服務(wù)的準(zhǔn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會工作者們,對其中16名工作者進(jìn)行了深度訪談。從專業(yè)社會工作的角度深度分析他們的介入現(xiàn)狀并在此基礎(chǔ)上以馬斯洛的需求層次理論和社會工作增權(quán)理論為理論框架探討了專業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會工作介入同妻生活重建的可行性及處遇方法。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),提供志愿服務(wù)的準(zhǔn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會工作者大都具有前同妻或者同女友的身份,他們依據(jù)自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)為現(xiàn)同妻提供臨時、隨機(jī)、不穩(wěn)定的碎片化服務(wù),這些服務(wù)一定程度上為同妻提供了很大的幫助但是存在服務(wù)者自身角色不清、專業(yè)性不足的問題和服務(wù)過程中專業(yè)關(guān)系不穩(wěn)定、缺少監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)與管理的問題。其次,專業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會工作在介入同妻這個新的群體時雖然會面臨專業(yè)認(rèn)同度低和同妻群體極度防御的困難,但由于其具備傳統(tǒng)的社會工作不具備的打破地域限制、達(dá)成互為主體性的專業(yè)關(guān)系和有較強(qiáng)的互動性等優(yōu)勢,與同妻群體互動的虛擬性特征相契合,可以滿足同妻對穩(wěn)定的專業(yè)關(guān)系的需求,為同妻提供長期而又持續(xù)的專業(yè)服務(wù)。最后,本研究借鑒準(zhǔn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會工作者的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和傳統(tǒng)社會工作的三大工作方法,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會工作的優(yōu)勢,探索性的提出了介入同妻群體的網(wǎng)絡(luò)個案、小組和社區(qū)社會工作的新方法,協(xié)助其增強(qiáng)個人、人際、社會三個層面的權(quán)能,重建新生活。
[Abstract]:The same wife group is a special and hidden vulnerable group, they are lonely and little known, they are faced with all kinds of living difficulties but isolated.This paper attempts to introduce a new form of social work, network social work, into the field of same-wife.Through the professional and professional service to increase the help to the same wife group, urge them to achieve the goal of life reconstruction.This study used qualitative research method to carry on the long-term virtual field observation to the active network community of the same wife group, and found and excavated those quasi network social workers who made full use of their own advantages to provide volunteer service for the present same wife.Sixteen of them were interviewed in depth.Based on Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs and the theory of empowerment of social work, this paper analyzes their intervention status from the angle of professional social work, and discusses the intervention of professional network social work in the same wife's life on the basis of the theoretical framework of Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs and the theory of social work empowerment.Feasibility of construction and location method.The study found that most of the quasi-online social workers who volunteered had the status of former same-wife or girlfriend, and based on their own experience, provided temporary, random and unstable fragmented services for their current wives.To some extent, these services have provided great help to the same wife, but there are some problems such as unclear roles of service providers, lack of specialization, instability of professional relations and lack of supervision, guidance and management in the process of service.Secondly, professional network social work may face the difficulties of low professional identity and extreme defense of the same wife group, but because of its traditional social work does not have to break the geographical limit, although the professional network social work involved in this new group will face the difficulties of low professional identity and extreme defense.To achieve the advantages of mutual subjectivity and strong interactivity can meet the needs of the same wife for a stable professional relationship and provide long-term and continuous professional services for the same wife in accordance with the fictitious characteristics of the interaction between the same wife group and the same wife group.Finally, this study draws lessons from the successful experience of quasi-network social workers and the three working methods of traditional social work, and makes use of the advantages of network social work, and puts forward the network cases involving the same wife group.A new approach to social work in groups and communities that helps them to empower and rebuild new lives at the three levels of personal, interpersonal and social.
