【摘要】：日漸嚴(yán)重的家庭暴力問(wèn)題已引起社會(huì)的關(guān)注。很多學(xué)者分別從多個(gè)視角對(duì)家庭暴力問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究,但大家的目光大部分放在城市家庭暴力問(wèn)題上,雖然近幾年對(duì)農(nóng)村家庭暴力問(wèn)題的研究指數(shù)有所提高,但是實(shí)證研究相對(duì)較少。農(nóng)村家庭暴力問(wèn)題的日益凸顯,與我國(guó)建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的偉大目標(biāo)相背而行,在這種大背景下,我們有必要對(duì)農(nóng)村家庭暴力問(wèn)題作深入的實(shí)證探索。在本研究中,筆者通過(guò)了解農(nóng)村家庭暴力的現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn)和成因,以社會(huì)工作為視角,以社會(huì)工作個(gè)案介入為主要工作方法,分析社會(huì)工作個(gè)案介入農(nóng)村家庭暴力的必要性和可行性。并且結(jié)合一個(gè)真實(shí)的家庭暴力的個(gè)案,系統(tǒng)地將個(gè)案工作運(yùn)用到家庭暴力的服務(wù)當(dāng)中去。通過(guò)分析案主情況、制定目標(biāo)計(jì)劃、介入實(shí)施,結(jié)案與評(píng)估,幫助案主緩解當(dāng)前困境。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用了增權(quán)賦能理論和社會(huì)支持理論貫穿整個(gè)介入過(guò)程。而且對(duì)個(gè)案進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的記錄和分析,詳細(xì)記錄了案例中六次與案主交流并幫助案主解決問(wèn)題的過(guò)程。本研究旨在幫助案主重新認(rèn)識(shí)家庭暴力,使施暴者減少或停止施暴,受暴者不再遭受家庭暴力,夫妻雙方重歸于好,重新認(rèn)識(shí)家庭和諧的重要性,使施暴者正確看待家人及家庭,停止并改正自己的錯(cuò)誤行為。從而達(dá)到家庭的和諧與社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定。本研究分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分緒論,介紹了選題背景,研究目的和研究意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,研究方法,研究思路和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分農(nóng)村家庭暴力問(wèn)題的現(xiàn)狀和成因。本章內(nèi)容主要闡述了農(nóng)村家庭暴力問(wèn)題的現(xiàn)狀,特點(diǎn),成因以及社會(huì)工作介入農(nóng)村家庭暴力問(wèn)題的必要性和可行性。第三部分社會(huì)工作介入農(nóng)村家庭暴力的個(gè)案設(shè)計(jì),本章為核心部分,具體介紹了個(gè)案工作介入農(nóng)村家庭暴力問(wèn)題的具體服務(wù)過(guò)程,并且詳細(xì)記錄了六次的介入與分析。第四部分結(jié)論與建議�？偨Y(jié)了社會(huì)工作個(gè)案介入農(nóng)村家庭暴力問(wèn)題的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足,并且針對(duì)預(yù)防和減少農(nóng)村家庭暴力提出了建設(shè)性的建議。
[Abstract]:The growing problem of domestic violence has attracted the attention of the society.Many scholars have studied the problem of domestic violence from many perspectives, but most of them focus on the problem of domestic violence in urban areas, although the research index on the problem of domestic violence in rural areas has improved in recent years.But the empirical research is relatively few.The problem of domestic violence in rural areas is increasingly prominent, which is contrary to the great goal of building a new socialist countryside in China. Under this background, it is necessary for us to make an in-depth empirical study on the problem of domestic violence in rural areas.In this study, the author understands the characteristics and causes of rural domestic violence, taking social work as the perspective and social work case intervention as the main working method.Analyze the necessity and feasibility of social work case intervention in rural family violence.Combined with a real case of domestic violence, case work is systematically applied to domestic violence services.By analyzing the situation of the victim, making the target plan, intervening in the implementation, closing and evaluating, helping the victim to alleviate the current predicament.On this basis, the theory of empowerment and social support is applied throughout the process of intervention.Moreover, the case is recorded and analyzed in detail, and the process of communicating with the victim six times and helping him to solve the problem is recorded in detail.The purpose of this study is to help the perpetrators to re-recognize domestic violence, to reduce or stop the violence committed by the perpetrators, to prevent the victims of violence from being subjected to domestic violence, to reunite the husband and wife, and to re-recognize the importance of family harmony.Make the perpetrator look at his family and family correctly, stop and correct his wrong behavior.In order to achieve family harmony and social stability.This research is divided into four parts: the first part is introduction, which introduces the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, domestic and foreign research status, research methods, research ideas and innovative points.The second part is the current situation and causes of rural domestic violence.This chapter mainly expounds the present situation, characteristics, causes and the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in rural domestic violence.The third part is the case design of social work intervention in rural family violence. This chapter is the core part, it introduces the specific service process of the case work intervention in rural family violence, and records the intervention and analysis of six times in detail.Part IV: conclusions and recommendations.This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of social work cases involved in rural domestic violence, and puts forward constructive suggestions to prevent and reduce rural domestic violence.
