【摘要】：正義的構成與社會形態(tài)之間具有深層的關聯(lián)。社會的普遍都市化推進了社會運行方式發(fā)生了根本轉換。社會財富與利益、權力與權利、身份與地位都在不斷空間化,并且必須以空間的形式來實現(xiàn)。所以,正義的內(nèi)在構成與問題視域得到了重構。正義的理論形態(tài)與重心也必須發(fā)生相應的轉換。從根本上講,空間正義是都市社會正義理論的具體形態(tài)及其實現(xiàn)形式。空間正義適應了都市社會正義規(guī)范的現(xiàn)實需要,也構成了我們思考與建構都市社會正義話語的理論范式。
[Abstract]:There is a deep correlation between the composition of justice and social formation.The universal urbanization of the society has promoted the fundamental transformation of the social operation mode.Social wealth and interests, power and rights, identity and status are constantly in space, and must be realized in the form of space.Therefore, the internal composition of justice and the perspective of problems have been reconstructed.The theoretical form and center of gravity of justice must also change accordingly.Fundamentally speaking, space justice is the concrete form and realization form of urban social justice theory.Spatial justice meets the practical needs of the norms of urban social justice, and also constitutes the theoretical paradigm for us to think and construct the discourse of urban social justice.
