【摘要】：在構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的時(shí)代背景和社會(huì)發(fā)展條件下，社會(huì)工作在回應(yīng)社會(huì)需求的基礎(chǔ)上產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展起來，工會(huì)社會(huì)工作則是適應(yīng)市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)體制變革的潮流應(yīng)運(yùn)而生，運(yùn)用社會(huì)工作的理念與方法，針對工會(huì)會(huì)員的生產(chǎn)適應(yīng)、環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)、福利保障、職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃等面臨的問題所開展的“助人自助”的工作。工會(huì)社會(huì)工作對于大眾來說既陌生又熟悉，陌生是因?yàn)殡S著社會(huì)工作領(lǐng)域的不斷拓展，工會(huì)社會(huì)工作最為一個(gè)新的領(lǐng)域走進(jìn)社會(huì)大眾的工作生活中。熟悉是因?yàn)�，工�?huì)社會(huì)工作主要服務(wù)于企業(yè)工會(huì)會(huì)員，可以說是從企業(yè)社會(huì)工作中分離出來的一個(gè)新的社會(huì)工作視角。通過近兩年的發(fā)展，工會(huì)社會(huì)工作不斷被大眾熟知，被學(xué)者研究。企業(yè)社會(huì)工作尚在國內(nèi)剛剛起步，工會(huì)社會(huì)工作作為新的領(lǐng)域在國內(nèi)被關(guān)注和了解的程度都非常低下。在工會(huì)社會(huì)工作領(lǐng)域方面的理論和實(shí)務(wù)研究也都非常有限，寥寥無幾。 本文主要運(yùn)用描述性研究方法，通過實(shí)證研究，以至誠社會(huì)工作服務(wù)中心工會(huì)社會(huì)工作實(shí)務(wù)案例為探討對象，運(yùn)用人在情境中理論、充權(quán)理論和社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論對實(shí)務(wù)案例進(jìn)行分析，在說明工會(huì)社工的實(shí)務(wù)操作過程的同時(shí)，探討工會(huì)社會(huì)工作發(fā)展存在的問題及其相關(guān)對策，并對工會(huì)社會(huì)工作者的角色定位進(jìn)行總結(jié)，，為我國的工會(huì)社會(huì)工作實(shí)務(wù)發(fā)展和理論研究提供相關(guān)參考。
[Abstract]:Under the background of constructing a harmonious society and the social development condition, social work comes into being and develops on the basis of responding to the needs of the society. The social work of trade unions is adapted to the development of market economy, and the trend of economic system reform emerges as the times require.Based on the concept and method of social work, this paper aims at the problems of production adaptation, environmental coordination, welfare security, career development planning and so on, which are faced with such problems as "helping others to help others" and "self-help" for trade union members.Trade union social work is both unfamiliar and familiar to the public because with the continuous expansion of the social work field the trade union social work is the most new field into the working life of the social masses.Familiarity is because the social work of trade unions mainly serves the members of enterprise trade unions, which can be said to be a new perspective of social work separated from the social work of enterprises.Through the development of nearly two years, the social work of trade unions has been known by the public and studied by scholars.Enterprise social work is just beginning in China, trade union social work as a new field in the domestic attention and understanding of the degree is very low.Theoretical and practical studies in the field of trade union social work are also very limited, very few.This article mainly uses the descriptive research method, through the empirical research, takes the real social work service center trade union social work practice case as the discussion object, uses the person in the situation theory,The theory of relegation and the theory of social support network analyze the practical cases, explain the practical operation process of the social workers of the trade union, and discuss the problems existing in the development of the social work of the trade union and the relevant countermeasures.It also summarizes the role of trade union social workers and provides relevant references for the development and theoretical research of trade union social work practice in China.
