【摘要】：本文利用2011年和2013年中國(guó)健康與養(yǎng)老追蹤調(diào)查(CHARLS)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用固定效應(yīng)模型和傾向得分匹配法,考察了老年照料對(duì)女性家庭照料者醫(yī)療服務(wù)利用的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),總體上女性家庭照料者的門診利用概率增加了5.18%~6.95%,但不同年齡組存在異質(zhì)性;低齡老年照料者(56~65歲)的門診利用概率增加了10.79%~12.90%,其醫(yī)療負(fù)擔(dān)有可能增加;而中年照料者(45~55歲)的門診利用概率不變甚至下降,這主要是由于照料受時(shí)間約束而無(wú)暇就醫(yī),從而不能及時(shí)補(bǔ)償其健康損耗。上述結(jié)論表明,中國(guó)家庭老年照料對(duì)醫(yī)療服務(wù)體系提出了挑戰(zhàn),本文從照料者的角度提出了增強(qiáng)醫(yī)療服務(wù)可及性、維護(hù)健康的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the CHARLS data of China Health and Old-age Care Survey in 2011 and 2013, the effects of elderly care on the utilization of medical services for female family carers were investigated by using fixed effect model and tendency score matching method.The results showed that the outpatient utilization probability of female family carers increased by 5.18 / 6.95, but there was heterogeneity among different age groups, and the outpatient utilization probability of the young aged carers (56 ~ 65 years old) increased by 10.790.12.90, and the medical burden was likely to increase.The outpatient utilization probability of middle aged carers (45 ~ 55 years old) remains unchanged or even decreases, which is mainly due to the time constraint of care and the lack of time to seek medical treatment, which can not compensate for their health loss in time.The above conclusions indicate that the family care for the elderly in China has posed a challenge to the medical service system. From the perspective of the carers, this paper puts forward some policy recommendations to enhance the accessibility of medical services and maintain health.
