【摘要】：自閉癥兒童是指兒童在早期的一種涉及感知、溝通、語言、思維和反映與行為等多方面有發(fā)育障礙的群體,以男性患者居多,多數(shù)起病于嬰幼兒期,約有75%的患者伴有明顯的精神發(fā)育遲滯,部分患兒在一般性智力落后的情況下,在某些方面具有異于常人的能力。主要表現(xiàn)為:言語發(fā)育障礙、人際交往障礙、興趣狹窄和行為方式刻板。這些癥狀給兒童和監(jiān)護(hù)人的心理上造成了不可磨滅的創(chuàng)傷。本文以自閉癥兒童監(jiān)護(hù)人干預(yù)能力提升個案為研究對象,預(yù)期結(jié)果是從多個方面分析出社會工作介入自閉癥兒童監(jiān)護(hù)人干預(yù)能力提升過程中,如何解決存在的問題,如何發(fā)揮社會工作的專業(yè)工作能效。全文共分五章,第一章緒論,主要內(nèi)容是闡述本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究思路和研究方法。在此基礎(chǔ)上綜述了國內(nèi)外對此課題研究現(xiàn)狀和成果,最后又將本文研究的方法和研究思路作了詳細(xì)說明。第二章自閉癥兒童監(jiān)護(hù)人干預(yù)能力提升相關(guān)概念及必要性與可行性里,首先對相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了闡述,然后對社會工作對自閉癥兒童監(jiān)護(hù)人干預(yù)能力提升必要性與可行性做了分析和論述。在本文第第三章個案工作介入自閉癥兒童監(jiān)護(hù)人干預(yù)能力提升案例及分析對本案介入的案例做了詳細(xì)的介紹和對本案產(chǎn)生的問題和原因做了分析。第四章社會工作介入自閉癥兒童監(jiān)護(hù)人干預(yù)能力提升實施過程,詳細(xì)介紹了社會工作介入自閉癥兒童監(jiān)護(hù)人干預(yù)能力提升實施的全過程,并對實施過程的步驟做出了評估。
[Abstract]:An autistic child is a group of children with developmental disorders related to perception, communication, language, thinking, reflection and behavior in the early stages.About 75% of the patients had obvious mental retardation and some of them had different abilities in some aspects under the condition of general mental retardation.The main manifestations are: speech development disorder, interpersonal disorder, narrow interest and behavior stereotype.These symptoms cause an indelible psychological trauma to children and guardians.This article takes the autistic child guardian intervention ability enhancement case as the research object, the anticipated result is from many aspects analyzes the social work to intervene in the autistic child guardian intervention ability enhancement process, how to solve the existing problem,How to play the professional work of social work energy efficiency.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, the main content is to elaborate the research background, research significance, research ideas and research methods.On this basis, the present situation and achievements of the research on this subject at home and abroad are summarized. Finally, the research methods and research ideas of this paper are explained in detail.In the second chapter, the related concepts, necessity and feasibility of improving the intervention ability of guardian of autistic children are discussed.Then the necessity and feasibility of social work to improve the ability of autistic child guardian intervention are analyzed and discussed.In the third chapter of this paper, the case of intervention ability of autistic child guardian intervention is analyzed and the case of this case is introduced in detail, and the problems and causes of this case are analyzed.The fourth chapter introduces the whole process of social work intervention in the implementation of autistic child guardian intervention ability enhancement, and evaluates the steps of the implementation process.
