【摘要】：休閑不僅僅是一種社會現(xiàn)象，更是人們享受生活的一種社會權(quán)利。在現(xiàn)代生活中，隨著社會發(fā)展和科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步，職業(yè)女性的休閑意識和休閑觀念不斷得到加強(qiáng)，再加上閑暇時間的增多以及經(jīng)濟(jì)的相對獨(dú)立，使得她們越來越多的參與到豐富多彩的休閑活動當(dāng)中來。但相對于其他群體來說，職業(yè)女性的休閑活動面臨著更多的制約因素，存在著休閑差距，休閑的質(zhì)和量都有待進(jìn)一步提高。因此城市職業(yè)女性的休閑參與狀況和休閑滿意度應(yīng)該受到積極的關(guān)注。 本研究在對國內(nèi)外女性休閑、休閑滿意度的相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行較為全面回顧和梳理的基礎(chǔ)上，借鑒Beard和Ragheb的休閑滿意度量表，再經(jīng)過對開封市職業(yè)女性自由列舉因素的總結(jié)和合并，編制休閑滿意度影響因素量表，對開封市職業(yè)女性休閑參與現(xiàn)狀和休閑滿意度及其影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。利用SPSS20.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件，通過對開封市職業(yè)女性休閑生活現(xiàn)狀、休閑滿意度及其影響因素進(jìn)行描述性分析、因子分析、單因子方差分析及多元線性回歸分析探索職業(yè)女性休閑滿意度、休閑滿意度的影響因素、不同人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)特征的職業(yè)女性在休閑滿意度上的差異性，休閑滿意度各層面與整體休閑滿意度之間的關(guān)系等。結(jié)果顯示： （1）職業(yè)女性經(jīng)常參與的休閑活動依次為消遣娛樂類、社會活動類、怡情養(yǎng)身類、運(yùn)動休閑類、自我發(fā)展類和旅游觀光類。雖然休閑活動內(nèi)容比較豐富，但大多數(shù)經(jīng)常參與的仍是一些靜態(tài)的、較為傳統(tǒng)的休閑活動，而一些較新興的活動如吧式消費(fèi)、時尚刺激型運(yùn)動則相對較少。家、公園、廣場仍是大多數(shù)職業(yè)女性休閑的主要場所，且休閑同伴以朋友和家人為主，整體休閑滿意度處于中等化水平（M=3.234），有待于進(jìn)一步提高。 （2）職業(yè)女性休閑滿意度23個描述項(xiàng)集中在“社會認(rèn)知層面”、“放松層面”、“美感享受層面”、“身體層面”、“心理層面”5個公因子上，其中，放松層面滿意度最高，，其次為社會認(rèn)知層面和身體層面，心理層面滿意度最低，且不同人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)特征的職業(yè)女性在休閑滿意度的各層面普遍存在顯著性差異。 （3）休閑滿意度各層面與整體休閑滿意度之間為中度相關(guān)，且心理層面對整體休閑滿意度的影響最大，其次是社會認(rèn)知層面和美感享受層面，放松層面、身體層面對整體休閑滿意度不存在顯著性影響。 （4）職業(yè)女性休閑滿意度影響因素18個描述項(xiàng)集中在“休閑活動環(huán)境”、“個人因素”和“人際支持因素”3個公因子上，休閑活動環(huán)境對職業(yè)女性休閑滿意度的影響程度最高，其次是個人因素和人際支持因素。 （5）休閑活動環(huán)境、個人因素和人際支持因素與休閑滿意度中的社會認(rèn)知、放松、美感享受、身體、心理層面存在顯著相關(guān)關(guān)系。休閑活動環(huán)境與美感享受層面存在顯著性關(guān)系，個人因素與社會認(rèn)知層面、放松層面存在顯著性關(guān)系，人際支持因素與社會認(rèn)知層面、放松層面、美感享受層面、心理層面存在顯著性關(guān)系。 最后，針對本研究的分析結(jié)果，提出相應(yīng)的建議：營造和諧的人際支持氛圍，提高心理滿意；打造良好的休閑活動環(huán)境，增強(qiáng)美感享受滿意；積極參與休閑活動，提升社會認(rèn)知滿意。
[Abstract]:Leisure is not only a social phenomenon , but also a kind of social right for people to enjoy life . In modern life , with the development of social development and the progress of science and technology , the leisure consciousness and leisure concept of professional women are constantly strengthened . With the increase of leisure time and the relative independence of economy , the leisure activities of professional women face more restrictive factors .

Based on the comprehensive review and combing of the relevant research literatures of female leisure and leisure satisfaction at home and abroad , the paper uses the leisure satisfaction scale of Beard and Ragheb , and makes an empirical analysis on the status quo of leisure life , leisure satisfaction and the influencing factors of the female leisure participation in Kaifeng city .

( 1 ) The leisure activities of professional women often participate in recreational activities , social activities , physical fitness , sports leisure , self - development and tourism sightseeing . Although leisure activities are relatively rich , most of the regular participants are still static , more traditional leisure activities , while some newer activities such as bar - style consumption , fashion - stimulating sports are relatively few . Home , park and square are still the main places for most professional female leisure , and the leisure partner is dominated by friends and family members , and the overall leisure satisfaction is at a moderate level ( M = 3.234 ) , which is expected to be further improved .

( 2 ) The 23 description items of leisure satisfaction degree of professional women are concentrated in " social cognition level " , " relaxation level " , " aesthetic enjoyment level " , " physical layer " and " psychological level " five male factors , among which , the relaxation level satisfaction is the highest , secondly , social cognition level and body level , psychological level satisfaction is lowest , and the occupation women with different demographic characteristics have a significant difference at all levels of leisure satisfaction .

( 3 ) There is a moderate correlation between the level of leisure satisfaction and the overall leisure satisfaction , and the psychological level has the greatest influence on the overall leisure satisfaction , and secondly , the social cognition level and the aesthetic enjoyment level , the relaxation level and the body level have no significant influence on the overall leisure satisfaction .

( 4 ) The influencing factors of leisure satisfaction among professional women are concentrated in " leisure activities environment " , " personal factors " and " interpersonal support factors " . The influence degree of leisure activities environment on leisure satisfaction of professional women is the highest , followed by personal factors and interpersonal support factors .

( 5 ) There is a significant correlation between leisure activity environment , personal factors and interpersonal support factors and social cognition , relaxation , aesthetic enjoyment , physical and psychological level in leisure satisfaction . There is a significant relationship between leisure activity environment and aesthetic enjoyment level . There is a significant relationship between personal factors and social cognition , relaxation level , aesthetic enjoyment level and psychological level .

Finally , according to the analysis result of this study , the corresponding suggestion is put forward : creating harmonious interpersonal support atmosphere and improving psychological satisfaction ;
Create a good environment for leisure activities and enhance the enjoyment of aesthetic feeling ;
actively participate in leisure activities and promote social cognition satisfaction .
