【摘要】：21世紀(jì)綜合國(guó)力的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),歸根結(jié)底是科技人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。無(wú)論是發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家還是發(fā)展中國(guó)家,都紛紛把制定與本國(guó)國(guó)情相適應(yīng)的科技人才發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作為各自基本國(guó)策的重要組成部分,把發(fā)現(xiàn)科技人才、培養(yǎng)科技人才、使用科技人才、吸引和爭(zhēng)取科技人才作為自己的工作重點(diǎn)之 而女性科技人才是我國(guó)科技人才資源的重要部分,而現(xiàn)如今,從我國(guó)在科技領(lǐng)域中的女性人數(shù)來(lái)看,我國(guó)女性科技的發(fā)展空間還相當(dāng)大。因此促進(jìn)我國(guó)女性積極參與到高科技領(lǐng)域中,是擴(kuò)大我國(guó)高科技領(lǐng)域人才資源的重要方式。本文就我國(guó)女性在高科技領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題及對(duì)策進(jìn)行初步分析和探索。 本文共分為三個(gè)部分,第一部分對(duì)我國(guó)女性在高科技領(lǐng)域中的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行概況分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：在我國(guó)參與科技發(fā)展的女性雖然已經(jīng)超過(guò)1000萬(wàn)人,但是參與到我國(guó)高科技領(lǐng)域,在科學(xué)界中具有權(quán)威地位、取得過(guò)頂尖科研成就的女性科學(xué)家卻鳳毛麟角,從對(duì)我國(guó)女性院士群體的研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),我國(guó)高端女性科技人才已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)老齡化等問(wèn)題,這更加體現(xiàn)出我國(guó)發(fā)展年輕一代女性頂尖科技人才已經(jīng)勢(shì)在必行。在此基礎(chǔ)上還對(duì)我國(guó)高科技領(lǐng)域中女性科研人才缺失的內(nèi)部原因和外部原因進(jìn)行了初步探析,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)參與科學(xué)研究的女性科技人員并沒(méi)有把科學(xué)研究作為自己的追求與事業(yè),絕大多數(shù)的女性科研工作者還是把維系家庭視為自己生活中最重要的部分,并總結(jié)出我國(guó)女性的自身價(jià)值定位低成為了我國(guó)高科技領(lǐng)域中缺乏女性科研人才的重要原因之一；第二部分對(duì)國(guó)外女性在高科技領(lǐng)域中的發(fā)展情況、以及在歷史上獲得過(guò)諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)的女科學(xué)家的成功因素進(jìn)行分析,并把這些因素分為女性科學(xué)家自身的內(nèi)在因素和外在的社會(huì)、環(huán)境因素進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析總結(jié)；第三部分在總結(jié)了國(guó)外成功女性科學(xué)家成功因素的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒了美國(guó)、法國(guó)、韓國(guó)等國(guó)家關(guān)于促進(jìn)女性更好地融入科學(xué)研究的政策措施的同時(shí),還結(jié)合我國(guó)基本國(guó)情,總結(jié)和展望了我國(guó)女性本世紀(jì)在科學(xué)發(fā)展中的優(yōu)勢(shì),最后還對(duì)如何推動(dòng)我國(guó)女性更好的融入到高科技事業(yè)中簡(jiǎn)單的提出了的幾點(diǎn)意見和建議。
