【摘要】：社會(huì)包容意味著處于同一社會(huì)環(huán)境中的人能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)權(quán)力的共享和利益的分享。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明:一是特大城市本地居民對(duì)外來人口的社會(huì)包容度較高,但仍有進(jìn)一步提升的空間。二是特大城市本地居民對(duì)外來人口的社會(huì)包容度存在顯著差異。具體而言,年齡越大,在京居住年限越長,社會(huì)包容度相對(duì)越高;文化程度、收入水平處于中間狀態(tài)的居民,社會(huì)包容度相對(duì)較高;職業(yè)為事業(yè)單位的工作人員,民族為漢族,政治面貌為群眾的社會(huì)包容度相對(duì)較高。為促進(jìn)本地居民與外來人口的社會(huì)融合,推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè),必須優(yōu)化頂層制度設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)行更加包容的社會(huì)政策;積極動(dòng)員社會(huì)力量,營造良好的社會(huì)包容氛圍;積極推進(jìn)包容性社區(qū)建設(shè),改善雙方互動(dòng)模式。
[Abstract]:Social inclusion means that people in the same social environment can share power and benefit.The empirical results show that: first, the local residents of megacities have a higher degree of social inclusion to the foreign population, but there is still room for further improvement.Second, there are significant differences in the social tolerance of local residents to the foreign population in megacities.Specifically, the older the age, the longer the number of years of residence in Beijing, the higher the degree of social inclusion; the higher the level of education and income of the residents, the higher the degree of social inclusion; the higher the degree of social inclusion is, the higher the degree of social inclusion is; the higher the degree of social inclusion is, the higher the degree of social inclusion is.The political outlook for the masses of social tolerance is relatively high.In order to promote the social integration of local residents and foreign population and promote the construction of new urbanization, we must optimize the design of top-level system, implement more inclusive social policies, actively mobilize social forces, and create a good atmosphere for social inclusion.We will actively promote the building of inclusive communities and improve the mode of interaction between the two sides.
