【摘要】：伴隨著改革開(kāi)放的深入和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的確立,我國(guó)正經(jīng)歷著在全球化背景下從傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)向現(xiàn)代工業(yè)社會(huì)、后工業(yè)文化型社會(huì)、從傳統(tǒng)以工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)為主的城市經(jīng)濟(jì)向以第三產(chǎn)業(yè)為主的城市經(jīng)濟(jì)、從匱乏型社會(huì)向發(fā)展型社會(huì)的社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型之中。這種社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型直接引起了我國(guó)社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)和體制的轉(zhuǎn)型,其中最突出的就是“單位制社會(huì)”向“社區(qū)制社會(huì)”的轉(zhuǎn)型;與此同時(shí),住宅的市場(chǎng)化及商品化也使居民的居住空間不斷走向社區(qū)化,社區(qū)將成為人們進(jìn)行日�；顒�(dòng)的空間載體,社區(qū)將承擔(dān)越來(lái)越多的社會(huì)職能。其中首要的職能就是生活的組織職能,即要提供滿足居民群體生存、發(fā)展需要的各種社區(qū)資源。西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家近幾年的研究揭示社區(qū)資源可接近性與社區(qū)生活空間質(zhì)量有密切的關(guān)系,社區(qū)環(huán)境質(zhì)量是由社區(qū)的各類(lèi)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施決定的,其本質(zhì)差異在于社區(qū)資源(即社區(qū)各類(lèi)型的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施)的可接近性水平,要提高城市社區(qū)或鄰里區(qū)的生活空間質(zhì)量,就要從提高社區(qū)資源的可接近性著手。本論文從人本主義視角出發(fā),以行為與環(huán)境可以替代的方法為思路,在國(guó)內(nèi)外社會(huì)學(xué)及城市社會(huì)地理學(xué)對(duì)社區(qū)生活質(zhì)量綜合研究基礎(chǔ)上,建立了社區(qū)資源配置控制的指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)所選社區(qū)的社區(qū)資源進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),最后根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果嘗試性地提出了促進(jìn)功能型社區(qū)資源配置控制規(guī)劃與保障策略。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up and the establishment of the market economy system, our country is experiencing from traditional agricultural society to modern industrial society and post-industrial culture society under the background of globalization.From the traditional industrial economy to the tertiary industry of the urban economy, from the lack of society to the development of the social transformation.This kind of social transformation has directly caused the transformation of social structure and system in our country, the most prominent of which is the transition from "unit society" to "community system society"; at the same time,The marketization and commercialization of housing also make the living space of residents move towards community. The community will become the space carrier for people to carry out daily activities and the community will assume more and more social functions.Among them, the primary function is the organizational function of life, that is, to provide various community resources to meet the survival and development needs of residents.Recent studies in western developed countries have revealed that the accessibility of community resources is closely related to the quality of community living space, and the quality of community environment is determined by all kinds of community infrastructure.The essential difference lies in the accessibility level of community resources (that is, various types of community infrastructure). In order to improve the quality of living space in urban communities or neighborhoods, it is necessary to improve the accessibility of community resources.In this paper, from the perspective of humanism, based on the comprehensive study of community quality of life in sociology and urban social geography at home and abroad, the index system of community resource allocation and control is established based on the method of behavior and environment that can be replaced.The community resources of the selected community are evaluated. Finally, according to the evaluation results, the control planning and guarantee strategies for promoting the allocation of the resources in the functional community are put forward.
